Unusual smell of fish in my room, there is no WiFi despite being advertised as having it.

There was no one at the front desk for the 1st hour after I arrived.

Conveniently located by shops as well as train station.

Comfortable and affordable.

The welcome was terrible. First, there was a 10-15 minute argument because they couldn't find my reservation. They claimed Trip.com canceled it but said the payment would be processed later. Absolutely unreliable.

The hotel is just a one-minute walk from Cologne, and the atmosphere is similar to that of a school trip, but it's perfectly adequate for a one-night stay.

The whole thing seemed very unprofessional, it was quite dirty, most of the electrical devices didn't work, a couple of things were broken and the room was absolutely nothing like it was said in the description

Excellent hotel in a quiet location. The room had everything you need.

The hotel was beyond awful, they made us wait outside for 1 hour in the cold and took an extra 20 Euros at the entrance.

Reception not present. Door locked, no doorbell. Key don't fit into main building door. I got a single instead of double, which I had booked.

All just basic but location and room overall was good. Happy to stay here

Room was clean, bed comfortable, but there was no hair drier in the room , I asked staff 3 times to provide it , but no result. Finally my colleague has loan it to me from his room. The was noticed that they have good breakfast, in fat they do not serv breakfasts at all.
