A bottle of water would have been nice too, and I thought that's pretty standard these days.
I also found it surprising that they didn't offer breakfast at all on Mondays.
Breakfast is merely OK.
Unfortunately, there's no sauna or fitness room.
Room was basic.
Next to motorway and generators so was loud 24/7
Then deliveries wouod come ealry morning and unload and make lots of noise. Widows were left open before arrival and room flooded due to heavy rain.
No soap refilled in bathroom so didnt have any for duration of say, luckily brought my own.
Air con on had hot air wouldnt change to cold.
Ignored by reception staff when wanting to check in. Chef had to mention i was wanting to check in.
Overall, disappointing and will not return when back on business, same goes for my collegues.
More interested in the members playing golf.
