Nice hotel though long waiting time in restaurants. Well equipped hotel with inner and outer swimming pool, fitness room and sauna...

This wasn't my first stay here but as always it was very nice. I would advise to book massages ahead of check-in as they are very popular and often fully booked upon arrival. The massages offered are great, the staff are very friendly and competent. The Covid regulations were implemented well and as all guests were required to show they were vaccinated, tested or recovered during check-in it helped...

The stay was very good. The buffet had a large selection of different dishes. Spa was awesome even though some facilities were closed because of corona. Our room had a theme which was diamonds. Would be great to get the opportunity to choose the theme, but was ok. Room itself was big and amazing.

We booked for Easter Sunday brunch buffet It was very busy but an excellent selection on the buffet. Unfortunately the brunch things were mostly cleared away after just 45 minutes before 12 midday (french cheeses, smoked salmon etc) and replaced by the salads and warm lunch things. The vegetarian main meal (baked goats cheese) was hard to find and we later discovered it on a second buffet table in...

We spent 5 days in the Parkhotel krähennest. For us, Wellness in the foreground. We had booked a room with a balcony and no room to get passed the ground floor. This decision was, in retrospect, very good. The room was well equipped with air conditioning, a fridge, a Safe and a TV. Unfortunately, the beds were a pain, we could not sleep through the night. The pillows were much to thick and the mattresses...

Happy again! Great full-service area with a very nice outdoor facility. Also during our 2. Stay, we met only nice and friendly staff. Whom foreign accents disturb, should better stay at home... Maybe some people with a Golden spoon born in our mouth, otherwise, I understand the criticism of the food. Anyone who finds this huge selection nothing, is to blame. Renovated medieval castle. Nice but not real. Really beautiful area to hike. Food was nice in the restaurant

Very authentic castle with modern hotel rooms INSIDE the walls. Was a gem of an experience! A must stay if going to Burg Eltz!

Wonderful location for families and friends. The castle is beautiful and well reserved. The facilities, staff and food are amazing

As much as i enjoy the history, I don't enjoy the bathroom doesn't have real door, also it's loud outside in the hall in the morning, bed is creaking, no water boiler to make tea or anything. But the activities with guide was good. Children can do pottery crafts and blacksmith on job. Worth to try

What an innovative and modern castle for 1166. It's beautifully maintained with lots of amazing things to do for kids. They speak English and you can stay overnight. From our youngest to the parents- the whole family had one of the most wonderful days!

Super friendly staff in both the hotel and the restaurant. We really enjoyed our food in the restaurant and at the breakfast buffet. It was so nice to relax in the spa area which was quiet and clean. Löf itself doesn’t really have anything to offer and you can’t really enjoy the river there, but it was a nice home base to drive to explore other nearby areas. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We celebrated my Grandparents 25th wedding anniversary here in July. Great place very friendly and accommodating staff. We all enjoyed our stay and loved the food . My son & nephew loved the pool. The train station is walking distance. The staff decorated our table beautifully for the Anniversary . Front desk, Restaurant staff & Housekeeping super friendly. We enjoyed our stay

We stayed 7 nights. The service was excellent! The bathroom in our river-facing suite was modern and clean. The room was a bit dated and had a rather hard bed (solid wood under the mattress instead of a more flexible structure) but the huge bathrub was a delight and it was equipped with a little wine fridge. The furniture in the suite could be better arranged. The TV is quite far from the bed and there...

To me, the staff friendly (5 star)! It comes, however, with a dog, you will notice a certain amount of Up falseness whatsoever. Walking in place is not possible! The whole place doesn't like dogs and therefore, the short holiday was just Stress. There is no free space!The Breakfast was very good! The room was very small and on my arrival I found the aftermath in the toilet. A Water bowl for my dog...

Excellent Hotel, super nice, friendly and always helpful staff. Very good food, nice and clean rooms with views of the river Moselle. Here everything is just right, we will come back again.

Great hospitality, obviously a family run establishment. Love places like this where you can experience German hospitality at its finest. Clean and large rooms, convenient parking lot and cosy restaurant!

Nice, small hotel. Rooms with superb view on the Mosel. Fine breakfast and good dinner. Friendly employees.

Great location and super service. We had a room on the back side so no view, but it was spacious and clean.

Excellent service at a very reasonable price

Great hotel: nice location (great view from the terrace as well), lovely staff, fine rooms and amazing food!

Beautiful location. Wonderful hiking and cycling trails. Amazing scenery. Local wines were delightful. So many activities available in this region.

Very good hotel. Rooms and public spaces are super clean. Staff is very friendly.

Location: Nice WiFi: Great speed Food: Good* Hospitality: Great Sleep: Satisfied *Cons: Booked with dinner included. On a busy evening the duration of the dinner was 2.5 hours. Most of your evening is therefore blocked.

We had a really good time here. Nice service, good food, good hotel! Rooms were nice and clean!

Cozy and good located hotel to visit Mosel area. Loef itself doesn't have any points of attraction . Only if you have windows to the street, could be a bit noisy.

this is an absolutely fabulous hotel. I can't describe in words how amazing the atmosphere is here. breakfast with candles and magical music. it takes your breath away. I am very happy that we stayed here

Enjoyed the state. Very quiet, peaceful and well kept. Good breakfast and staff was very nice. Loved how it was right on the river. I would stay again.

Lovely place! Ive stayed here with my boyfriend for 3 nights and happy that I’ve chosen this particular place. The hotel is quiet, rooms are clean and cute, breakfast is tasty and personnel is friendly. Highly recommended!

I have been here a week now and the hotel is a great place to stay. Let's start with Mr. Muller...he is friendly and helpful. If you need something or information, ask him. His staff are very polite as well. Breakfast (European) is as big or small as you like, just ask for more if your still hungry. Rooms are just like you see in internet and very clean. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Friendly host. Good atmosphere. We had room number 3 with nice river view from the 2 rooms. It's nice to sit in the wide window sill and watch the sun go down in the mountain opposite the Mosel river. The room Chinese with plenty of adfictive sweets. On the downside there in no parking offered at the hotel. Enough dtreet parking at 200 meter. We didn't sleep very well as the bed was some 130 cm wide...
