Hotel is nice and staff is very friendly.

If you are arriving in a car, this hotel is ideal. Easy access from a main road with free parking Front facing rooms have a lovely view of the castle across the river and the old town is just a quick walk over the bridge.

The castle view room is worth it. The balcony is as nice to relax on at night. There is no A/C, however there was a fan in the room. It didn’t keep the room cold could probably use a bigger one or a second fan in the room. We had a very early train and the hotel accommodated a very early breakfast for us. Excellent location, quiet area within walking distance of everything - highly recommend.

Clean room comfortable bed quiet area and walkable to all the sites. Also, plenty of easy parking directly at the hotel. Breakfast buffet had several hot dishes like eggs sausage very good. I would definitely stay here again

The room I was given had an amazing view of the Reichsburg. Clean room and bed. Staff were very friendly as well making my stay even better.

We stayed here recently and found it to be clean and comfortable. It was wonderful to sit on our balcony sipping a beer or glass of wine looking out at the castle in the evening after a busy day if touring. We visited Berg Cochem, Berg Eltz, Riel, Bengel, took a 1.5 hour boat tour in the Mosel and a bike ride along the river. So much to do but very relaxing in this tranquil place. We lived the honor bar, thr breakfast, and the friendly people who run the hotel.

Perfect
Perfect hotel, lovley friendly staff. Car parking on site very handy. Nice view of castle for break. Short walk to towncentre so away from busy areas.

We had a very nice stay, room was great, bathroom a bit small, breakfast was great with a lot of choices. Personnel were very helpfull, kind and friendly.

Great location, our room had an amazing view. You are away from the noise of the town, but only a few minutes walk away.

Great view. Large modern rooms. Breakfasts and dinners were delicious. At breakfast the hot food was made to order which was nice. Also a well equipped fitness room.
