Everything amazing!

Great location to stay when visiting the Nurburgring. Walkable within a few hundred metres to the “Grand Prix corner”, also walkable to the Ring Boulevard and attractions/shops.
Restaurant downstairs also has quite a large menu for many different options, only stayed 2 nights & ate there once, but it was the biggest portion of spaghetti I’ve ever had & tasted great.
Limited space & parking may not be guaranteed when it comes to the bigger weekends, so just something to keep in mind.

Pros: clean and spacious rooms, close proximity to all attractions in Nürburg, excellent hosts, friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious, well stocked, with a wide variety of options. Parking was very good.
Cons: Street noise, bells ringing at night, difficult to navigate suit cases on cobble stone.

Out of season stay
Ideal location for the 'ring, large carpark made it easy for a trailer. The restaurant below the hotel is a separate business but they were helpful. I went out of season and found reception locked up

Upon arrival we were greeted by four staff members, who can only be described as forwardly hostile. Rude is an understatement, literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Breakfast was awful, with stale bread and surly service. Room was clean, but toilet would only flush intermittently, and water was always hot, meaning I have to brush my teeth with hot water, terrible! AVOID!

Really disappointing. Car broke down in Calais, so we were stranded and had had no hope of getting there in time for our booking. Gave the hotel as much notice as possible (8 hours), and requested that they refund our room and breakfast but they refused.
Needless to say we won't be booking there again and will tell the many travellers in our mototsports club to avoid aswell. Shame you couldn't be more sympathetic as you will now miss out on a lot of repeat business.
