Reviews
The real fun began at checkout. We were graciously informed that we owed an extra €27 for breakfast. The night before, staff told us it would be served from 6:30 AM, but conveniently forgot to mention that it wasn’t included in the room rate — or what it even cost. And what a breakfast it was! Probably the saddest meal I’ve ever had. I don’t eat meat or dairy, and the only alternatives offered were vinegar-marinated fish and an impressive assortment of bread.
In the end, I had a coffee and a mini pretzel. Something that would cost about €2 in any café. So yes, I believe they forced this “breakfast service” on me and ripped me off for €25.
Great personal staff with the skills to host
Everytime again
Breakfast awesome still got Cather noodles for Asia like me.
Don’t have, if you are a Diamond Member or allowed to access the Executive Lounge, high expectations. Was really disappointed about. Food, drinks, … not of expectation. Sorry.
