The hotel room was okay: not very big but clean with functioning gadgets. Beds were not that comfortable though. Service at the hotel is really worth improvement! The cleaning staff members knocked at the door early morning TWICE (around 8am and around 10am again) and opened it without getting any response. I really did not feel comfortable experiencing it. The lobby is quite large, with a gym next door. The service was acceptable. The mattress in the room was too soft and the problem persisted even after three nights. The breakfast was average. Besides sausage, butter, bread, and fruit, it was also canned sugar. I was a little disappointed. It's a 20-minute walk from the old town.

Location is great, but rooms feel dated. Breakfast was fine. With some hot food to choose from. Lady at the reception was unfriendly. Did not even say hello.

It located near the city center, very convenient. The breakfast is wonderful. Especially I have left my tablet in my room. When I noticed in the train and asked to the hotel by mail. It's a little inconvenient because it's a little far away, but the building was clean. It would be helpful if there was a microwave in the room or in the common area. There was a refrigerator. There was also a bathtub.

It takes 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to the light rail station. The location is remote. It is not convenient to take a taxi. It is not recommended for those who are not traveling by car. I booked it because of Marriott at first. But the service and facilities are not up to par. The air conditioner in the room is broken and the bathroom is very small.

The location of the hotel was a bit disappointing as it is rather far away from the city center. Our room was clean but rather basic. The in room safe did not work and the safety chain on the door was loose. Breakfast was really good with everything you could wish for. The staff at the front desk was not very welcoming.

The room was small but comfortable and very clean. We stayed at the one where the bathroom was not really separated from the rest of the room which made it a little bit awkward and inconvenient. Overall, the amenities provided were great: towels, shampoo, hairdryer, glasses, TV. The bed was comfortable and clean. The staff was polite and nice, so the service was top quality.

I had a great stay at a&o Hostel Dresden Hauptbahnhof. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the main train station, which makes it easy to explore the city and travel around. It's a very pleasant place to stay, and it has great prices. The staff is very friendly and attentive, the rooms are perfectly adequate and have everything you need to be comfortable, and if you're like me and prefer to cook your own meals, they have a well-equipped kitchen. Definitely highly recommended… they're very close to the central station, just a 10-minute walk. 10/10

Close enough to everything you might want to see in Dresden, most of it is just a bus or tram ride away. Hostel was clean, safe and staff were friendly. Near a close restaurant that delivers food by metal railings.

Stayed for one night, with my friend. Considering the price, facility, location, room condition was quite nice. And the staff service was the best. There was an unexpected strong smell of cigarette in the room, but when I informed this to the front desk, the staff immediately apologized and kindly gave us new room. New room was in great condition. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!

A commendable hotel! We had the pleasure of residing in a room with two distinct bedrooms, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the pillows and bedspreads were remarkably cozy. I strongly suggest it to families.

The staff are helpful. Almost everyone spoke English (not that I expected, but it was nice not to use a translation app). They asked me a few questions about why we were there and told us the easiest and cheapest way to get there. When our train departed late, they allowed a late checkout for a fee. It was a bit far from the Dresden tourist center, and public transportation (No. 81 or No. 478) near the hotel did not come often, so it was difficult to manage time efficiently. Great city location Fantastic location by the river in the Altstadt. All of the main sights are walkable and closeby. Room was comfortable with a fan provided as there is no air conditioning. No car park, so use the adjacent street until the bridge car park reopens (€6 per 24hrs).

Nice hotel. Very near train station. Walk able to many very nice restaurants nearby. Check in queue was 25 minutes. Just one receptionist supporting the front desk. So patience was needed.

Firstly this is a Moxy, they have a unique brand identity and this hotel is fully on brand with that. The service at this hotel really stood out, staff member at the desk most of the time (team lead I think) was very professional and accommodating. Rooms are small but practical (in line with the brand). Location is by one of the two main train stations and a tram line.

Stayed one night at Moxy Dresden and loved the location—just steps from Dresden-Neustadt station, which made getting around super easy. The connection to Dresden Airport was quick and convenient too. The hotel has a modern vibe, friendly staff, and everything I needed for a short stay.

Although the hotel felt old overall, it wasn't a problem for a one-night stay. There was dust and mold on the windowsill, so I wish they'd cleaned it more thoroughly. The Hotel is situated outside the city centre but perfectly connected to public transport. It feels safe and is very clean. Staff are friendly. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Dresden. The reception staff, room and bar were fine. Had breakfast at the hotel which was ok but limited choice. It's a 30 minute tram ride into the centre of Dresden & the tram stop is 200 metres from the hotel, or it's a 20 minute taxi ride.

A very romantic hotel.. All the employees were very kind. The rooms are spacious, clean. You get a key like from the Middle Ages, to really feel like you are in a castle. The breakfast is excellent. The surroundings with the gardens are beautiful. We really enjoyed it.

I had stayed for 2 week in room with Kitchen. There is a seperated bed room, living room and kitchen. Rooms look newly furnished. Washroom is having heating arrangement and bathtub. Kitchen is not having microwave oven and toster. Supermarket are very near and bus stop is just bellow hotel. Also city center and beautiful attractions 5-10 mins away.

We did not get the room, which I ordered. It is not very comfortable, when you travel with 3 kids and you expect some service, for example kitchenete at the room. But at least we saved some money.

Breakfast was served from 7 until 11. Parking nearby without extra cost was possible. The receptionist gave us two cartons of water for free when we checked out.

I booked a hotel room for one adult and two children, but was mistakenly told I was booked for a double room. I was flustered, but the staff upgraded me to a family room, which allowed me to enjoy a comfortable stay. I'm not sure where the mistake was, but they were very helpful and friendly. The only downsides were the lack of a refrigerator in the room, and the breakfast wasn't worth paying for....

great location literally on the river. My room was small but very clean, bed was comfortable and I slept right through the night. The downstairs space has a luxury feel to it, open plan, plenty of seating that lends itself well to sitting by yourself or encourages you to speaking with others. Location is great, would definitely stay again.

I can only imagine what it must look like during Christmas market season, but it was still lovely looking out over the square with the beautiful church bells nearby.
