Nice room, good location not far from station, breakfast not as good as at other Motel One hotels.
At check out receptionist left and didn’t come back
Always terrible service
Check out they left and didn’t care - waited 15 min and lost my parking validated and other stuff . Typical bad service
Once again they manage to give the worst service .
Check-in it’s a mystery that I have 2 bookings in one stay and of course key didn’t work .
Check out at 04.30 the receptionist walked away to the lift when she saw me and waited 15 min and no one came .
No one at this hotel cares about customer service it’s so amazing and it’s every single time .
I ended up not having my parking validated and other refunded other things I planned at check out .
Service in rooftop bar is terrible, and never enough seating
