Nice staff, good service but small rooms. Don’t expect dressers, kettle in basic rooms. For 1 or 2 nights it’s perfect. Breakfast was neat and location ambience and cleanliness was top notch. Views were amazing from the 18th floor. Overall great stay! Only 5 mins walk from public transport.

Excellent central location with roof bar and terrace. Rooms are large enough. My only suggestion is to put a small bench so that luggage doesn't have to be put on floor or bed.

I'm giving it 4 stars because of the overall beauty, location and the experience. The size of the rooms are tiny, very minimalistic, with no dressers/closets
I lived out of my suitcase for days! 😩 But this is typical for this hotel chain, especially.

I went here with my three friends (we were four girls) and we had the best time! The rooftop has gorgeous views, great-quality drinks, and delicious cocktails. It’s such an international, chill spot—perfect for people from all over the world. We loved sitting there, sipping long drinks, gossiping, 🤭 and just enjoying the vibe. The staff were super kind and attentive, which made it even better.

This hotel provided a perfect home base during my trip. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, ensuring restful nights. The bed was very comfortable, and the linens were fresh. I appreciated the complimentary bottled water and coffee maker in the room. The staff were courteous and went out of their way to accommodate my requests. Breakfast was served every morning with a wide range of choices, including fresh pastries, fruits, and hot items. The hotel is located near several restaurants and shops, making it convenient for meals and shopping. I also used the hotel’s laundry service, which was efficient and affordable. Overall, a wonderful stay.

I stayed here for two nights. The hotel is located near the train station, which was convenient for me. My room was clean, though the carpet could use an update. The bed was firm, which I prefer. The bathroom was clean with good water temperature. Staff were polite and check-in/check-out were quick. Breakfast was basic, but I appreciated the fresh bread and coffee.

The hotel room was really nice but service was so poor. Bcoz there was no telephone in the hotel room , no amenities provided by the hotel.
When we asked toothbrush then they said, u can come go to reception and pick🤦🏻‍♂️
Breakfast section was too tiny and had to pay 18€ only for some breads😀
But the view from room was wonderful
Such amazing .
And try to hire some employees

Good experience overall. The breakfast seems to be all organic, which is amazing, but was a bit all over the place, when busy. The room was small, but clean. The hairdryer didn't work and there was no phone in the room to call the reception and ask for a new one. The bar and the terrace on the 10th floor are worth a visit. The drinks are good, a nice assortment of gins they have there. A lot of greens and even beehives on the terrace. Service was a bit slow, but friendly. The location is perfect. Would stay here again.

Very good option in Berlin. Public transportation available for both S and U trains in less than a 5 minute walk. The bar in floor 10 is totally worth a visit, it has amazing views of Berlin. Rooms are small, but they are equipped with all the basic things you need. From here you can walk to the park, checkpoint Charlie, etc...

The only positive thing in this hotel/motel is the location and design. Too high rating.
The rooms are small and dirty and old, tv was not working one of the nights, toilet was running constantly, the soap pump was broken. And the top was a manager or security that stopped us in the lobby to prove to him we are from the hotel?! Extremely arrogant and disrespectful: I pay for this hotel, so I can enter in it, right? I read in the comment that this is common practice because of the rooftop-bar, when it is full, they stop people because it is too full upstairs. I can give you tip, Hotel Motel one, in order to improve your security, you can set your elevators with cards, no-one external to be able to go in the hotel levels….
