The hotel lack of room facilities including no phone that i could see. No water . Kettle etc. I would have given a 7 ratings however staff at reception was exceptional and hanna positive attitude made me put a better rating in the end.
I lived out of my suitcase for days! 😩 But this is typical for this hotel chain, especially.
