Very friendly staff, showing clearly the aim to offer a pleasant stay. Room was freshly renovated! Location of the hotel an the road to Neuhausen was ideal for my travel purpose, although some might find it to far outside of the village. Surprisingly quiet although my room was roadside. Surprisingly good Internet connection (I followed a web conference with about 50 participants from my room without troubles).

Unfortunately only 5 stars, I would do more. Nicer staff is actually no longer possible, this team is awesome. All the delicious dishes with the range of different drinks make the stay a highlight.
The location of the hotel is a bit outside of Seiffen, but in a quiet location and close to other restaurants and excursion destinations. The rooms are good and very clean. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

It was a hit here. Extremely friendly service. Not pushy but polite and attentive. And the food: I could have eaten the menu from top to bottom. I then decided on the roulade - a great choice.
