Spacious rooms and big enough for a family.

A nice little hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking costs €5 per day, and breakfast is also available, though I didn't have it. The rooms are clean and adequate, though a little noisy. The beds are very comfortable.

No no no. There were spiders and cobwebs in my room in the upstairs toilet, under the table, and in the heater. The bed was also very likely not freshly washed. I covered myself with my coat.
I could hardly sleep.

A very committed team that also fulfills extra requests, if possible.
Clean, nicely furnished rooms, some with a good size balcony.
Extensive, very good breakfast buffet with something for every taste.
