Thanks to the hospitality at the Hotel Riedel in Zittau, we had an all-round lovely short family vacation. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast buffet and 3-course evening meal were rich and delicious. Despite the hotel being fully booked, the service was very efficient and always friendly.

A bit more tact in front of the Hotel guests will respect appropriate & respect, despite the Positive Info of Hotel Portal no credit card payment possible
Rooms newly renovated and functionally furnished - quite enough! Everything was very clean. Breakfast very rich, everything was constantly replenished, even if you came later. Dinner as 3-course menu: You could choose between 2 main dishes for 7 days stay is not repeated, and super tasty. The amount was also for people with great Hunger quite enough. The homemade sausage and the meat tasted excellent. The staff was very friendly and fast. Despite the Hotel is sold out entirely, you had to wait a long time, good organization! Ample Parking for cars and Parking for many motorbikes. We will come back.
Good & Affordable . The Breakfast was Super ! The room is small . but cozy. To recommend for an active holiday:-):-):-):-):-)
