A truly lovely hotel! Everything was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff was always friendly and attentive. The great location means you can get anywhere quickly – just a pleasant experience all around. I felt truly at home here.

Good value for money!
Simple, clean, somewhat worn rooms with no elevator or refrigerator, but a proper wardrobe and two chairs. Easily accessible by two- or four-wheeler, within walking distance of town. Rustic meat-based cuisine, but vegetarians are very well catered for with a "request concert." SUPER for little money!

We stayed at the Hotel Riedel for a week as part of a group. The hotel is ideal as a base for motorcycle tours. The courtyard and the motorcycle hall are locked at night. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and functional. We booked with breakfast and a three-course dinner. The breakfast was good and sufficient. However, there was only one type of simple roll, which was always baked differently. The three-course dinner was simple and filling.

Room and the staff are amazing !!! so near to the PL, CZ and DE regions border. Anytime you can come to your room and no any disturbance. English breakfast also good.

Thanks to the hospitality at the Hotel Riedel in Zittau, we had an all-round lovely short family vacation. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast buffet and 3-course evening meal were rich and delicious. Despite the hotel being fully booked, the service was very efficient and always friendly.
We wish the hotel team continued success.

Were there 3 nights. Reception and room ok.
Had booked half-board, which means according to the offer with a hearty 3-course menu 🙄.
We don't recommend it, it had nothing to do with a proper dinner 😢 everything was just finished products
Breakfast was good, something for everyone 👍
