Reviews
Two of the hotel employees are somewhat friendly.
The rooms are getting on in years. The prices of the drinks in the Minibar are a lot of overpriced. The car Park is too expensive and the way to get there, unfortunately, much too dark.
As the most expensive Hotel in Zittau, this was a disappointment on the whole line.
We had decided, despite the high price for this Hotel because on its website a Smoking room was advertised and we had spent the Winter of our stay there and gladly in the evening in the hotel Bar wanted to sit and not like out in the cold to smoke. Unfortunately, it was these and on demand there was only the terse reply that the page hasn't been updated yet.
Breakfast buffet was not a 3 star Hotel adequate.
Was filled only on demand, although in the Hotel, only 2 rooms were occupied.
We had to flush during our 3-day stay, a non-or barely-functioning toilet. This defect was not corrected, though is not known at this time.
The coronation, however, was a lady at the reception, met with us several times a day and not a single Time to greet. In our criticism we received for answer:" I've seen you today already"...
All in all, the Service is completely inadequate and how to deal with criticism is unacceptable. Definitely, this house is not a 3 star value.
The restaurant in the hotel also impressed with its very good food and friendly service.
