and because we had to open the window due to heat, we could not sleep due to the noise. breakfast was ok, but not special. very large hotel and very busy

A lot of gift stores and places to eat. Restaurant was excellent, staff was excellent location is 6 stars. Live music, parking and very pleasant air. Pool area has something for the entire family

There was also a bike rental less than 5 minutes from the hotel, which was very convenient. You could park for €15 in the hotel's own parking garage. We were very satisfied, we would love to come back! :)

The hotel is located on the Grömitz side of the river, opposite the beach. Expect a long walk to the beach, or you'll have to drive. The hotel itself is nice and clean, with an indoor pool

Other highlights were the vast breakfast buffet and the massage that we booked on top. The hotel is surrounded by fields and yet just a 4 min drive to the beach

One small note: due to the many sloping ceilings and the low ceiling in the shower, you shouldn't be taller than 1. 80 m (5'11") in the attic room :-) But otherwise, it's a beautiful and very spacious room

A super nice place, since 2019 after our first vacation here we feel very comfortable again and again. Swim in the pool in the morning, take a sauna in the house and even jump into the Baltic Sea in autumn

The sink in the bathroom is perhaps a bit small, but otherwise everything is fine. The food is really good and the breakfast is varied. There is a 3-course menu every evening (costs around €32)

Very nice location, in the restaurant upstairs there is a TV on which sports can be streamed if desired and there is a large selection of drinks. But the selection of food is not huge but it is very tasty

The beach is gorgeous, pristine and extending for many kilometers on either side. The hotel has parking and nice, fairly large rooms, some with balconies. The restaurant has tasty food and an ample breakfast buffet

Located at the beach, a friendly and well functioning hotel built in 1904. The breakfast is much better than required from a 3star hotel, you can have fried eggs separately

The parking is a problem- you might arrive recognizing that you need to use the public parking 800 meters from the hotel. The rooms are nice, functional and very clean

The hotel rents out beach baskets too, strongly recommended. The staff is kind and helpful. It is not cheap - 3 stars only for 260 per night but worth every penny

Hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. There is wellness area with swimming pool and sauna. Hotel is well connected by bus to train station and city center

The hotel is very clean, light, and in a lovely place. The owners were very friendly and we feel very good to be there.

There was also a bar, small pool and spa in the ground floor of the main building, which we did not use but it looked okay! A hotel perfect for transit, or staying a few days to experience the wonderful Heiligenhafen!
