Lage super. Eingang zur Friedrichstrasse (Norden) - also sehr zentral. Trotzdem sehr ruhig, weil die Wohnung auf der Südseite des Gebäudes liegt. Etwa 200 m zum Strand. Balkon (mit Markise, Möbel) in Richtung Süden, d.h. den ganzen Tag Sonne. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet.
Not my first stay: A quaint little hotel with good location. Walking distance to promenade and town centre. Beautiful basement swimming pool and breakfast room with some lovely art deco touches throughout. However, the rooms are so small you have to step away when opening cupboard doors and the showers are built for dwarfs. The rooms and public areas require some serious deep cleaning. The owners are wasting a golden oppertunity and should reconsider whether they want to be hotelliers or manage what will soon be a "heritage" site.
