Had a great stay in Erfurt. The hotel was clean, staff were very friendly, and breakfast was excellent. Great value for money!

Getting there is quite easy, although you have to drive on a narrow street next to the tram tracks.

You can park at the hotel. However, if the hotel is fully booked and everyone parks wherever they want, getting out can be difficult. They don't ask for your license plate number at check-in. You can check in online, but the reception isn't staffed around the clock. You access the hotel with a code, and the room key is left in a lockbox secured with a code.

The hotel itself is a bit dated. The room was okay, though. The ceiling light in the entrance area didn't work, and the bathroom fan was very loud and couldn't be switched on separately. The room was clean, but the mattresses were quite soft. The shower faucet held a surprise: the blue light wasn't for cold water, but for hot water, and vice versa 🙈. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was acceptable. I won't comment on the price of €15 per person...it's so expensive everywhere these days.

The place has new management. It has been very well redone and the service as well as the atmosphere is great. We have never stayed in the hotel itself, only had something to eat in the restaurant. We had a very nice experience and would definitely recommend it.

We were here after a funeral service. With the nice weather we wanted to sit outside. As a grumpy answer we got to hear that it had already been set up for you in there, we won't change that again. We cannot describe the service as friendly either, when our guests asked whether water could still be served, there was also a very unfriendly response, now you are only busy with serving coffee. We didn't feel welcome here. After a memorial service one is already very tense and busy with oneself, there is no need for such experiences. To meet something would be appropriate. Conclusion: not here again we know it differently from before. Sandwiches and cakes were OK.

The stay was only 15 minutes and this time was mega bad. Hardly any guests and still service very unfriendly, guests who came later were served before us. Were eating there more often and it was great. However, they probably no longer needed it very bad

Very friendly and courteous service as well as a solid,
Sufficient breakfast buffet. We recommend this hotel unreservedly.
