A very welcoming place and staffs. The moment we arrived they immediately came out to helped with the luggage from the cab. The breakfast here is unbeatable. Buffet and everyday new menus. It was so amazing. We had our own Jacuzzi where we stayed that's so wonderful. The resort very close to everywhere. Whenever we sat on the pool they immediately served cold water bottle free of charge. The hotel provides drinking water bottles free of charge. They had toothpaste and toothbrush in the room. Also close to Carrefour at the front of the hotel. We had the best time here. Thank you for a super amazing service. We had a wonderful time with you.

We stayed in the presidential suite for two nights as a treat for ourselves. The room, heated plunge pool and all the facilities were absolutely fantastic. The head waiter (which we unfortunately forgot to note his name) made us feel spoilt and so welcome. All the staff were helpful and friendly. When we arrived at the port the taxi driver we arranged had already gone but one phone call later to the reception and another taxi was there for us within minutes.The hotel was by far the best part of our stay in Santorini and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a bit of luxury at a reasonable price.

An amazing 5 star experience with all the bells and whistles! The staff are very friendly and more than happy to help you with anything you need whether it's a rental car or restaurant recommendations. The private pool is amazing, however in the middle of the day it feels like soup as they're heated, I wish you could turn the heat on and off. The pool heating is the only thing I could fault from this amazing resort!

My wife and I spent 5 days at the Cresanto in July 2025 and had an amazing time. From check-in the service was impeccable. The staff at the front desk, bar, restaurant, and by the pool were all very kind and super helpful. The grounds are beautiful, with a great pool, nice lobby, and a restaurant for breakfast with a view. Speaking of breakfast, the spread was always delicious with a mix of international and Greek foods. The rooms were spacious, clean, and serviced every day. We had a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony with an awesome view (even though it is not of the caldera). The location was perfect, in a much quieter part of the island but close enough to everything you want to see in Santorini. Recommend getting a car, parking is free at the hotel. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Absolutely incredible . The staff was the best part, so attentive and sweet. The breakfast buffet was so good. The rooms are very spacious, clean and well set up. Of course the view is amazing !! The pools are gorgeous. Location wise, a 20 min walk to all the main shops and restaurants. There is a market near by as well a couple stores within 3 min walk if you need something quick.

I would recommend to anyone. Very private and quiet . But convenient location and worth your $$

The hotel is very clean and the swimming pool is beautiful. But be careful about the drain outlet of the hot water pool outside the room. My wife was accidentally ****** by it, but fortunately she was fine. It would be better if there were a few warnings or hints.

A cost-effective hotel with its own parking space, a large swimming pool, and a beautiful sunrise!

The staff are very polite and enthusiastic.

The location is close to Fira. Highly recommended!
