Our room was beautiful and spacious with the most breathtaking view and waking up to that scenery felt magical. The restaurant was another highlight with delicious food full of flavor and beautifully presented

The complex is superbly chic and beautiful, perfectly reflecting the typical style of Santorini. Here, you can relax and enjoy your time

We had a suite, very spacious, well-equipped, and chic, with a fantastic large terrace and pool. The food was also outstanding, with a superbly delicious selection of dishes, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully presented

The location , the bus stop right at the property the pool is georgus and the rooms are huge and very updated the reception guy is very professional and helpful the whole property is amazing

Nice little resort located near the Caldera. Friendly service. Nice pool and bar. Breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus.

Not only did it offer delicious food with a diverse menu that catered to all tastes, but it also provided a spectacular view of the sunset

Caldera View was an amazing place to stay! Highly recommend for adults only. The breakfast was the same fare every day of our stay but was excellent, delicious & filling. The staff was very friendly & accommodating

The hotel is far out from the town centre

The location is also very convenient – there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it easy to get around the island. And just across the street, there’s a lovely restaurant with a stunning view of the sunset

We ate in the hotel several times and food was always good and hot. Clean with everything you need. Location was perfect with sea views, small supermarket, restaurants and other small shops

We found Paradise Resort such a pretty, relaxing and welcoming little hotel. The pool area was comfy and relaxing with padded sofas /chairs and a shaded garden area

How we got to Santorini on a tour of the south of the island We arrived at this place and also hosted us inside the hotel and a cafe Prices are a fun expanse to sit here Warmly recommend those who come to the place A special atmosphere highly recommend

More sunbeds are needed to stop the towel hogging due to lack of beds. Continental breakfast was sufficient for us as we ate out each evening. We never drink in the room but ours lent itself with its lovely views

The Food was minimalistic but always really good. The absolutely best thing though was how dog friendly this hotel is

There was this cute little dog (the „queen of the hotel“) living there and she was so cute but also very well behaved. The dog was just as friendly as the staff

From booking a sailing trip to the volcano, to helping us find out how to pay a parking ticket we received in Fira, these guys were top notch! We were treated very kindly and were waited on hand and foot! Thank you guys for everything you did from us! -Your guests from Louisiana

The hotel had recently been refurbished and everything about it was first class. Flora was lovely and incredibly helpful. Really peaceful atmosphere - laying by the pool on the new luxury sunbeds was the perfect treat

Also ate once in the hotel which was lovely and very reasonable. Perfect location to walk to the archaeological site and the boat trip to the white, black and red beaches

This is a very well kept little hotel in a great location. The staff are very attentive to your needs and very friendly. Flora and her team are very pleasant and run a well oiled machine

Reception also organised a quad bike hire on our final day. Bus stop outside the hotel makes it easy to get around. Remember to take extension lead for extra sockets and kettle if you like a cuppa in your room

Our room 22 had the biggest bed we've ever seen and cleaned daily ( I did take kettle for early morning cuppa ) Village with a handful Tavernas is 2 min walk, we ate at Portobello 4/5 nights, was delicious

Only weaknesses: somethimes loud traffic and because the location of the hotel is not near city, you have to rent a car& scooter to reach something interesting (beaches, restaurants, bars

The hotel is in a beautiful location. We had a pool view room with balcony from which the sunset could be viewed. The hotel was clean and staff helpful. It is about 25 minutes walk into Akrotiri

After an error on our part of the reservation, the hotel manager went above and beyond helping us fix everything and get the room we hoped for

Absolutely perfect, hosts just lovely , hotel is gorgeous , clean, fresh linen and towels, lovely pool, lovely quiet setting, great little supermarket a very short walk away ( literally 2 minutes away),plenty of restaurants and tavernas in village, locals very friendly, bus stop right outside of hotel

The hotel does provide drinks and snacks, there is a price list on main reception but we didn't purchase anything. Overall we had a fantastic weeks stay and would definitely book here again if we ever visit Santorini

The breakfast was filling enough to give you a good start to the day. The room was clean and spacious with plenty of clothing storage and the bathroom was simple and clean. We had a patio with chairs, TV, hairdryer

The shower, as mentioned previously is on the small size but perfectly manageable and yes there is a shower curtain but it was never a problem as the bathroom floor is tiled with a drain so if water leaks over it has somewhere to go

Breakfast is continental, so if you are expecting a fry up or cereal this place isn't for you. There was fresh watermelon, pastries, cakes, bread, cheese and cold cuts as well as orange juice, water and coffee/tea

There are a couple of little mini markets just up the road, and you can walk to the village where you’ll find Theofanis Greek Experience – an amazing restaurant with incredible live music, dancing, and yes… plate smashing

We stayed at Hotel Goulielmos for 10 days - which I thoroughly recommend so you can really see all of Santorini and enjoy what the country has to offer without rushing about, plus have time to relax

Hotel Goulielmos is honestly one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed. It’s tucked into the cliffs of Akrotiri, not crowded at all, and has that peaceful, away-from-it-all feeling

The hotel was stunning with a perfect view. The breakfast was so luxurious and accessible. We chose to eat in the rooms and it was an amazing experience. I had an amazing experience at the hotel

The location is perfect, on the water and away from the heavily touristed Thira and Oía. The rooms are comfortable and spacious whilst the breakfasts are so delicious and generous

At first this hotel seems located in the middle of nowhere. It is the only hotel on the street. Nonetheless the hotel offers many extras which are not appreciated at first glance

Hotel Akrotiri was a peaceful escape from the usual Santorini crowds. The staff and especially the owner were incredibly kind and welcoming. The bus stop and an ATM right at the hotel made everything easy

The rooms a more than big enough. Free wifi very fast, downloaded couple films for the flight home in no time. Had shower gel/shampoo and bars of soap fresh every day with towels

Staff absolutely lovely and friendly all round great value for the money would be happy stay again

Amenities and areas are meticulously cleaned. We were there for almost a week and saw how they cleaned and treated pools and hot tubs between each guest's stay and scrubbed and washed floors throughout the week

The kitchen has no right being as good as it is, considering it's only servicing the five villas on-site. Seriously had some of my best meals and drinks in Greece here, I don't understand it haha

The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, helping fetch bags, make dinner reservations, and overall just being warm and welcoming

The hotel is only a 5 minute walk to Caldera beach, which although has no sun loungers or taverna is what we wanted as it’s much quieter and has good snorkelling from the beach (be prepared for a 15 minute walk back though)

The owner Kostas Papalexis was so warm, friendly and a lot of fun. His Mama cooked a wonderful feast for us. He planed a dinner for us in Athens that was incredible. We are a large group of women

It was clean and the bathroom and shower were pleasing on the eye. I found the staff to be very pleasant, helpful and courteous

An island cruise on a catamaran was a highlight, to include a spectacular sunset

Akrotiri is the quieter end of Santorini, Mathios Village is in a great location, only dropped 1 star as it is on a busy road, however once by the pool and in the rooms you cannot hear it and in the early morning and evenings it is generally quiet

Great location in Akrotiri, this property is equipped with a swimming pool. The room was very spacious and clean with a nice terrace overlooking the Caldera

Thira’s Dolphin offers breathtaking views of an ancient fortress, the sea, and the caldera, creating the perfect setting to unwind

Perfect location for what we'd planned, seeing the island by car - ample free parking. We were received very warmly, well looked after, and the facilities were excellent.

Our family of four stayed at this hotel in July. The most impressive part, of course, is the Caldera view — it’s absolutely breathtaking! You simply can’t beat the location

The only downside was the limited dining options. I wouldn’t recommend booking half board — if possible, try exploring and enjoying the many different restaurants around the island. Greek cuisine is absolutely delicious!

And finally, the Caldera view is spectacular!!! We loved being close enough to Fira and Oia to dine and shop but far enough from the hustle and bustle to rest and relax. The foods near here were always delicious

We hired a car to explore the Island, this is a wise choice as there are no pavements and its a very hilly area. There is also lots of parking space at the hotel which was great

We had a perfect stay at the hotel. We were in a 2 storey suite with our children ( caldera view suite). Views from the room were amazing and it was very private

Sunset Faros, the perfect place to be! Supertop hospitality, supertop breakfast (different and cosutnized for each client, and super location with great view! Score: 10+++ !!!

From arrival to departure, the experience was as if we were visiting family. No matter the request, Marta, Nick and Aggelos always came through. The views were spectacular, the facility crisp and clean

We spent most of the time travelling Santorini or enjoying the terrace! Hotel also offers a great infinity pool with a bar (quite expensive). This pool was also really nice and we did use it in the evenings

Absolutely all the staff are super friendly and very kind! The location is not only great for watching the sunset but also for walking around the centre of Akrotiri, eating and having drinks

Hotel is away from busy city of Fira, but still near anything we need. We hope to bring the family for a vacation

Our room was ready early, they brought beer up to the rooftop for us to enjoy, and the hotel breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had!! The hotel is well located in a beautiful part of Athens about a 30 minute walk from the Acropolis

A great way to end a trip to Santorini once you have done the tourist attractions. Possibly the best Sunset view from the Caldera apartments, of the 3 we did (Cruise, Oia, Coco). The staff made it feel like a 5* stay

Worth every penny! There isn't a lot to see around the hotel, but that was what we where looking for, a car would be helpful if staying here and there are car parking spaces available

Eros beach nearby is a great beach if you are looking for a nice quite ocean swim

Staff very attentive, quiet location, nice pool, ideal if you want total relax for a few days.

Service at breakfast was quick - lots of staff and buffet items were constantly refilled. Robes, slippers, pool towels and beach towels all supplied. Slight negative that there is absolutely nowhere to hang anything wet

The staff was professional, friendly, attentive and helpful. The room was clean, and the bed comfortable. We didn't use the pool, but it looked nice and clean as well

The outdoor area is very generous with two dining tables and a seating area and 4 loungers. The staff were very helpful and arranged our catamaran trip and even collected me from the local hairdresser

You will need a car or use the taxi on offer at the property. The location is not really near anything and getting to the beach is a 10 min drive. Taxis on the island are expensive

With 4 villas and a max of 24 people (6 /suite), it's an intimate place to vacation, allowing the staff to quickly and efficiently address any of your needs

Besides the staff, the location is situated away from the heavy tourist areas, but those are easily accessible by transportation

She provided us with great food, touring/things to do, and transportation recommendations. She couldn't do enough for us, no matter the time of day. Zenya was also a terrific member of the staff, seeing to our every need

Cons: there is a service road at the back of the villa that vehicles use to supply a wedding venue a stones throw away. So you can be lounging in your garden and have the noise of vehicles running along the back

We had such a wonderful stay here. Our house and plunge pool were everything we could ask for. The hosts and staff were so helpful and catered to us in every way. Great breakfast and lunch served at our house

Nice hotel with good location, clean facilities, and very helpful staff. The four of us stayed in a suite with two bedrooms, one in the basement and one on 2nd floor

The hotel is nicely located with a good view of the lagoon and sunset. Hotel staff were very helpful and attended to our every needs

The staff was available at all times and booked us fun restaurant reservations as well as a catamaran trip

Beds were very comfortable and the location on the quiet south end of the island made for restful nights

The view from the front porch was amazing but most of all the service was excellent - the friendly staff and owner reacted swiftly to all our requests and were very helpful with organising a rental car, booking a massage etc

Lastly, the food of both breakfast and dinner were delicious. Overall - a wonderful vacation!

Staying at Phos was an absolute dream!!! It was magically beautiful. I loved the privacy and Seclusion. The staff was incredibly attentive and so friendly and accommodating

We were, however, able to watch the sunrise from our lanai (outdoor space). We recommend renting a car as this location is far from the main villages of Fira and Oia which you may like to visit during your stay

The breakfast is definitely something to look forward to everyday. My only issue is that you will definitely need a rental car because this location isn’t exactly close to the major towns

The receptionist told us to wait for 30 mins and delighted us for offering us an upgrade honeymoon suite🤩 She also recommended some cafes and restaurants and tours and tourist spots near our hotel which is very good to know! Finally we check in our hotel room at 19:37

We visited during the month of September and were not able to watch the sunset from our outdoor space (not sure if this is different during other months as the sun moves) but we could see it from the front entranceway of Pho’s, just outside our room door

Loved this property for our honeymoon! Perfect location and the shuttle service is amazing. The breakfast everyday is 10/10. We would stay here again.

They will give you a ride to anywhere in Akrotiri which includes red beach. My wife and I were met with a complementary drink and suggested locations on the island

There’s a boat service at the beach for €15 round-trip per person that will take you to the white beach, the red beach and the black beach and you can get out and swim and rent loungers and umbrellas for five euros per person and they will come back every hour or so to pick you up

The Apanemo hotel was on the quieter south side of the island. The view of the Caldera from our room was spectacular. The staff was extremely friendly and the included breakfast was delicious with many choices available

The property was very clean and the staff were wonderful and very friendly. We received excellent service from them and the food at the hotel restaurant was great. It's a very quiet area and I would stay there again!

We preferred the white beach because it had a sandy. We also rented a car for €50 a day and made our way easily around the whole island using navigation on our phone
