My husband and I spent a week here for our honeymoon. All the staff are really lovely, and so helpful. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The location is ideal, only 10 minutes away from the airport by car and less than a 10 minute walk away from the main strip of Kamari. We have just had two lovely weeks here. Hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean. Rooms were really nice with A/C, cleaned daily, fridge in the room. Staff were so nice! Always welcoming and spoke to you, wished you a good day etc. Breakfast was very nice and all you can eat. We were in the pool most days. Loads of sunbeds both in and out of the sun. Great holiday staying with the team at hotel28. Spotlessly clean. Room mopped and beds made every day. Towels changed when you want them to be. .Breakfast is fresh and although a limited selection, it's all you need. No kettle on the room.... Get a grip. This isn't an issue. Me and my husband had a fantastic honeymoon staying at hotel 28! The staff are so considerate and don't let you lift a finger whilst you're staying with them. Eva George and the fantastic bar tender (sorry I didn't catch his name) are welcoming and go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The hotel is in a great area. In the middle of tourist attractions. You get a light breakfast daily. I loved our room very spacious and the view was breathtaking. .

Staff were very helpful and friendly, gave us information on the area and offered to book excursions. Breakfast is ok, room was basic, there's no tea and coffee provided in the room, just a kettle. The bathroom was tiny! The wifi was weak in room number 3, worked well in certain areas. We booked the Cream Suite with a caldera view and a plunge pool for our honeymoon. Our stay was amazing! All of the staff in addition to being attentive to all our needs, provided great recomendations for restaurants and things to do around the island. Lovely clean and spacious accommodations. Clear view of the caldera and sunset. Large unit with big and convenient bathroom (in the cave?). Walkable to many restaurants and shopping. Staff recommended a fabulous local tour guide for a very enjoyable and informative tour of the island

Got the senior villa and the view was not as good we thought of the caldera. The lack of view of caldera was a huge disappointment for the price. The villa was large and clean. The bathrooms and rooms were large. Full kitchen available except there is no microwave. It is not easy to get around or carry luggage around. There was a restaurant above us and it can get loud. The office is open from 8 am...

Villa agas is a lovely hotel 20 minutes walk located from fira, Santorini. Perfect if you want to have peace and quiet away but still want to be near to the hotspot city! The pool is understandably closed in the winter

The facility was very clean and had a balcony, so I was able to relax very well. It was also very convenient because it was close to the center of Fira and restaurants.

The location and the sunsets are amazing! Our room was clean and spacious and we got every day free water bottles.

The pool was broken and I couldn't use it. They charge €10 if you leave towels on the floor and don't even give me a warning. They charged me €50 for the towels and for accidentally soiling the bed cover. They simply left a note under the door to go to reception and say I had to pay €50. They demanded cash, and I insisted and would only pay by card and invoice. Other than that, everything went well

We booked the hotel considering the location and the pool, but when we arrived, we were informed that the pool had been closed for over a year! I think this information should be provided at the time of booking, as it makes all the difference.

Hotel poolside and all areas are immaculately well kept. The staff down to the cleaners are exceptionally friendly and helpful. This is a lovely friendly and very clean hotel. It's in an ideal position with lots of shops, bars and gorgeous restaurants only 5 minutes walk away. There is no lift. The breakfast was nice and there is a small poolside bar ideal for lunch. The sun loungers are very comfy. Would recommend this hotel.

A nice place not far from the city center but a little outdated. Room just right in size with a bathroom also dated from the 70s. The rooms upstairs are only accessible by stairs but some offer beautiful views of the swimming pool. The exteriors are nice.

This hotel was lovely. The breakfast was very good. The room was small, but tidy. The bathroom was very small, but there was balcony. And, the pool and the view made up for the lack of space. The only issue I did have was that I noticed small ants in the room.

Very beautiful hotel, with a bus stop just outside, convenient enough to take a bus. Surrounded by a small commercial area, there are restaurants and supermarkets. The front desk is very friendly and can speak fluent English. The breakfast has a wide variety and is enough. Although the room is small, the hardware facilities are acceptable, with air conditioning, refrigerator, and TV.

We stayed here for two weeks in September 2025. The hotel is absolutely fantastic! Two beautiful pools with different vibes, but both very relaxing and quiet. My wife and I just stayed 3 nights at Santorini View. We were blown away by the friendlness of the staff and the service was top notch. We had rented a quad ATV so the location not being in the heavy tourist area was actualy a plus. And bus stop was only a few hundred meters for hotel. The location is not so close to the downtown area, but the view was amazing. The interior is also very cute, and the white walls and open-ceiling loft are very comfortable. I would love to stay here for several nights to my heart's content.

Lovely overnight stay,before catching ferry next morning. Lovely modern standard room with very comfy beds, but lacks space at bedside for personal stuff and hanging space limited for clothes.This is okay for a night or two but not a longer stay. Second time in Santorini for us and this time we avoided the hustle and bustle by staying in Mesaria for a night. The hotel was just perfect. Spotlessly clean. A large room and bed. Lovely breakfast. Had a very nice stay in the hotel, its located in Kamari, 3-5 min walk to the beach where you have many places to choose to stay and eat, the bus station is also close, nice and clean rooms, nice and help-full personnel. We had a nice stay with my family. Very good location close to the beach Kamari, 3- 5 minutes walk. A lot of restaurants and shops around. The hotel is very quiet. The breakfast was good and has a good variety both for adults and kids. The rooms are very clean, with comfortable beds and gorgeous balcony with view to the garden.

Overall nice experience, however, the housekeeping was not very good at cleaning and one of the days our room was out of electricity for 4 and half hours, we thought this happened due to the winds since a couple of days prior, electricity was gone in the whole city for 2 hours. Our room is cleaned everyday with fresh towels, tidy beds, the pool is very clean, everytime someone walks out of it they clean the floors so that they are not slippery and wet. Had a pleasant stay here in this calm place. Situated in Perissa, it’s at a walkable distance from the black sand beach. Takes around 5-10 minutes to walk. So early morning walk plus sunrise is what we chose here. Plus dinner at a beach side restaurent. Beach is filled with lot of sea view restaurents.
