Amazing, the staff was very professional and kind. Receptionists were really helpful. Really good location for families and groups of frineds. Faliraki offers a lot. Food in Ala Carte restaurants was delicious. 100% recommend.

We stayed at this amazing 5-star hotel for six days and absolutely loved it! The all-inclusive option was totally worth it — the breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets had a great variety of delicious dishes, including plenty of gluten-free and vegetarian choices, which was a huge plus for us. The à la carte restaurants were also fantastic, serving really tasty and beautifully presented meals that felt special every time. What really made our stay stand out, though, was the staff: everyone was so friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. It made us feel truly welcome. The location couldn’t be better, right next to the beach, and the hotel’s private pool was clean and perfect for relaxing. Our room was spotless and kept tidy every day, which we really appreciated. Just returned from a celebratory overnight stay with a group of friends. The hotel grounds are beautiful, and the whole place has a welcoming vibe. A huge thank you to the whole Faliraki team! It may only have been a quick visit, but we were welcomed with warm smiles and helpful staff. At check-in, we were informed of room changes, which i actually didn't question as I was so excited. It turned out my daughter had upgraded us to accommodate her too, and arrived that night from the UK to surprise me! Thank you to the concierge and reception teams for keeping this amazing secret and helping my daughter organise the best birthday surprise ever! Every team member we met was genuinely happy to help us celebrate and went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. We ate breakfast in the main restaurant where we had a happy welcome and excellent service. Lunch was at the burger bar, where we were treated to tasty food and a surprise rendition of happy birthday... in both languages! We loved the main pool & the cocktails served by staff who have the great ability to locate you wherever you've landed yourself! The gardens are beautiful and such a peaceful place to relax under the trees. Shout out to the beach servers too, fast, attentive service, no mean feat in this scorching heat! To the team at the Asian restaurant, thank you all for a wonderful evening, top service, great menu recommendations, and absolutely delicious food. The evening entertainment were the beautiful and talented Latin dancers, which we all enjoyed and joined in with, dancing at the end. Great atmosphere! The next morning was the big day. To the team at the Brunch venue, ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ! From the beautifully laid table,the attentive service, top quality food, the best versions of happy birthday I've heard lol, you helped to make my birthday so special and memorable. Reading other reviews, I have to agree with the lack of seating in the entertainment area, which is a little annoying during longer visits but I have found this to be an issue with every Mitsis hotel we have visited. Pros: - Stunning hotel right on the beach. Plenty of sun loungers. Friendly staff. Especially the lovely Ukranian lady that served us our drinks. Good entertainment. Really enjoyed the Encore band. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Air-conditioned well throughout. Cons: Paper thin walls so very noisy. Hardly got a decent night's sleep. Dated rooms, no where near a 5 star. Buffet felt like standing in a line for school dinners. It was quite a small buffet compared to other 5 star ones I've visited. Buffet wasn't good for children. Not a lot for them on offer. Bathroom items (conditioner etc) weren't refilled when we ran out. We asked twice and it was never done. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking about booking it.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay at the hotel. Pros: - Pool area was very good with plenty of sunbeds, towels can be changed every day and a live dj every day which added to the atmosphere and weren’t too loud. - Staff were willing to go above and beyond for you. Special mentions to Giannis and Adriana from behind the pool bar who worked hard throughout the day and always had a smile on their face. - Entertainment was very good with live singer, bands and dancers, although we did go out instead most nights due to the great area the hotel is in. However, seemed a struggle to secure a table in the entertainment area after it begins. - Food and drinks were of a very high standard. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve been to at a hotel, especially the omelettes which you can ask to be made. The a la carte restaurants, which you have to book before you arrive to secure them, were very good and we enjoyed all of them - including the Brunch at Tex-Mex and Pita Burger which you cannot miss. We only went the buffet once in the night as we also ate out a few nights, but feel as though this would get repetitive so it’s good to have the a la carte restaurants available. In terms of drinks, they are or a very high quality and you can ask them to make almost any cocktail you’d like. - Pizza slices every day 3:30-5:30 were a great addition, although I believe not many people know about it. Simply walk up to the Italian a la carte, it’s worth it! - Location was fantastic, just 2 minutes from many good bars, restaurants (try Desert Rose, Opera and Cavo Costa) and shops. Also just a €22 taxi or €5 bus from the old town which you cannot miss, we wish we would’ve went 2 nights! - when we arrived at our room there was a cake and champagne due to it being for our birthdays which was a lovely touch. Cons: - One thing we did not like was the fact you could not put the umbrellas by the pool down (although I think there may be a reason for it such as how windy it is there?). Felt as if we were constantly moving our sunbeds around to get out of the shade made by the umbrella. - Another pet peeve, which some people may like and see as a positive, was the fact that at the buffets you couldn’t get ur own drinks. During busy periods we felt as though we were waiting a while or we sometimes were given the wrong drink, and I feel though it would be better to be able to get them yourself. - Rooms were slightly outdated for a 5 star hotel but not as bad as people on here make out. They are still big with all of the facilities you need including a free safe, coffee machine etc but could definitely do with looking more modern such as the colour of the walls and curtains, but this weren’t a problem for us. - Our flight was 13 hours after checkout at 12pm. We asked to keep the room on at the beginning of the holiday which was denied as the hotel was fully booked, which was fair enough. However, the shower rooms weren’t great to be honest as they were just a shower inside the

A wonderful hotel. The staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. The food / restaurants are all yummy. They have their own cocktails, but make the classics too if you ask. It’s spotlessly clean. The private beach is nice. The evening entertainment is mainly good, but it’s a lot of singers, some of which are better than others. During the day there is a fitness team for aerobics, which they announce. Other activities aren’t publicised and therefore don’t run some days. We were there a week and they only played water polo twice despite it saying it would be on six days. My partner was a bit disappointed by this as he likes the activities on holiday. But a very nice hotel that I would recommend.
