Recently stayed at mitsis faliraki from 28th Oct - 4th Nov. As a family but for our honeymoon. Greeted by Nikos on arrival who helped show us our room and take up our cases. Made to feel very welcome and Nikos would greet us each day as he seemed to remember all the guests. He was also on hand to help with any queries we had. He made us feel extremely welcome! On arrival the room had been decorated with petals, and a cake and note had been left to say enjoy our honeymoon. Great touch! Weather was amazing all week so our daughter was able to make use of the kids pool and spent most of the holiday going up and down the yellow slide! There is also a park and child’s splash park if you head towards the gym it’s a little hidden away but worth going looking for! Litsa at the pool bar was also so friendly and would remember our drinks order! Food was nice and plenty available. A late food option between 10:30-4am was great and my daughter loved the none stop crepes! Kids club was great, all super friendly and could drop in and out when she wanted! The pizza making was super cute! Location is amazing right on the beach and although end of season the bars are all in walking distance if you want to venture out or hire a car etc. Mini bar in room is restocked every day which is great as this also includes bottled water and there is a shop near reception which is open till 11pm. Very handy! Overall all the staff were incredible, the hotel is clean and a fab location with plenty of food to eat! Would definitely return to this hotel and would recommend to family and friends! My only feedback would be perhaps a child’s mini disco before the main entertainment and perhaps a dj for a while after the show for anyone not wanting to go outside the hotel at night.

Where do I start. Firstly I must admit the staff were amazing friendly helpful and always smiling. Except when we got FOOD POISONING this is when it went bad so many others were sick too. People literally throwing up in the lobby. For a 5* all inclusive it was terrible food I’ve never been so disappointed. The concept of cross contamination when cooking omelettes was shocking. I’ve travelled the world this was my first experience where, they cooked meats on same grill as vegetarian options. The cook didn’t even use clean utensils between orders. Out of our 5 night stay we were sick in our rooms for 2 entire days. The gourmet restaurants dear god, we thought let’s try the Mexican restaurant ordered steak it was 2 crusty peaces of lamb and the veg looked like it was left overs from lunch with spices added. In all honesty I feel it was a complete ripoff. The only reason we were there was for our friend’s wedding which we were attending. With half the wedding party sick luckily after the wedding took place. I’m not sure what it’s like in peak season but there is no excuse for terrible food and terrible cooks who obviously caused the food poisoning. Positives they had a well equipped new gym which I only got to use twice. But brand new and that’s always great. The spa was lovely although the treatment costs extortionate. Clean fresh new it was in all fairness what you’d expect.

The staff are 10/10 - very friendly, attentive and service minded. Good drinks, a la carte restaurants very good, buffet restaurant as you would expect, and a little more. The outdoor areas are clean and pretty. We spent several days at the beach and Nikos, the bartender/waiter was great! Minuses are the loud party DJ music at the pool area (a couple of hours each day), and the hotel rooms themselves have very little sound proofing, especially the doors to the hallway have gaps, and you can hear people walking by, and the cleaners’ yapping from around 8 in the morning. Luckily the guests around our room were quiet during night time. Despite this, we would definitely return for the friendly staff, good food and great facilities overall.

Never rushed or noisy, even when busy and always made to feel very special. Watched over by Christos the Maitre De, who tirelessly ensures he and his well trained, hard working team, make your dining experience perfect. We booked a room with a sea view, but instead received a view of the compressor, which was constantly making noise. But they promptly upgraded our room, and as a complimentary gift from the hotel, we received a massage in the spa and fruit in our room. Respect to the hotel management!

Wow!! What a stunning hotel. We were super fortunate to have been upgraded to this hotel from our previous boutique hotel, Mitsis La Vita. (also a fabulous stay). The decor and the finishing details of the hotel are immaculate The food was fabulous with great selection and even a vegan/dairy-free/gluten free option. The room was stunning and immaculately clean with a fabulous balcony view overlooking the pool. The fridge is fully stocked with drinks included and restocked daily! There is also a Nespresso Coffee machine and pods in the room which is a luxury touch. Even after checkout 12pm, we were permitted to access all the facilities and all inclusive food and drink. This is a key touch as we had a late return flight and meant we could enjoy additional time at the hotel. ♥️ The staff went above and beyond for us and nothing was ever to much. Special shout out to Mellisa at Concierge, she landed us a table at the Pan Asian restaurant despite it being fully booked. She was a star ⭐ Thank you Mellisa! I highly recommend booking the speciality restaurants as they are ideal for a romantic and intimate dinner. The private section of the beach is clean and beautifully maintained with water-sports centre perfectly located within. ️ Overall, I would 100% stay here again and will be looking to stay at another Mitsis resort in the future! We have our honeymoon next year and feel Mitsis Luxury would be a fabulous choice.

I recently stayed at Mitsis Faliraki and can honestly say it was the best hotel experience I’ve had in a very long time. The concierge service is amazing, always so accommodating and helpful. The staff throughout the hotel are fantastic, constantly anticipating your needs before you even ask. On the rare occasion you do need something (like extra coat hangers), it’s taken care of straight away. Any little issue is resolved quickly and efficiently, which really makes a difference to the overall experience. It’s rare to find a hotel where you feel so well looked after, but Mitsis Faliraki truly delivers. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be returning.
