Great hotel. Food was really good. Night entertainment could have been better. Most nights went to Faliraki as hotel was not up to much in the way of good entertainment.

This is our second visit and once again did not disappoint all staff are very friendly warm and remembered us from last year and feel part of the family x Food is excellent in the buffet restaurant however the on site restaurants are superb Need to praise Maria Maria Polly Ki re Nicks Christina Billy Can’t wait to return

From the minute we arrived we were in awe of the hotel. The family room of 4 is something we have never stayed in before with stunning views over the sea. Beds were massive and very comfy. All inclusive food was not notch with plenty of options every day. Snack bar had gyros and burgers everyday with chicken nuggets for the kids. Plenty of desserts to choose from. We had the mostly amazing stay with our friends and family. Food was incredibly varied, with restumants also on site. Staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble. It was so clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel, it’s our 2nd time of going. Thank you!

We stayed in a room that had recently been refurbished, possibly refurbished by blind children but we can’t verify that & can only base it on the standard of finish. I loved every second of the stay in Pegasos Deluxe Beach Hotel. The staff members were all super friendly and helpful. The food was just excellent - a lot of variety and tasted great. We stayed at the Pegasos hotel in the middle of September The room was small, but clean and had everything needed. Shampoo had a lovely smell and hair conditioner provided by the hotel really smoothed my unruly hair 😅 the dryer at the balcony could he a bit bigger, as it was difficult to fit there two beach towels and bathing suits. Beautiful hotel. Great location. Shame we both got terribly ill after 48 hours of arriving which lasted for days so we could not even appreciate the all-inclusive food/drinks. Hygiene can do with improvement in the hotel to stop the spread of illness as I heard other guests in the hotel shop also commenting how they have been very sick too.

Excellent hotel and staff cannot praise it enough. Rooms are great, staff are superb and extremely helpful. Very relaxing and great location. Great for families and adults alike. This was the best hotel I have stayed in, the location of the hotel was perfect and not too far away from faliraki. Water park is across the road and the beach is on the doorstep. Was at this hotel for one week and cant be more happy with my holiday. The location and scenery was amazing, the staff were very welcoming and polite from start to finish especially the reps (sabi and maja) who conducted the activities making them fun and inclusive to all. Really nice complex, with direct and easy beach access. Relaxed and layed back atmosphere, as the complex is not too crowded. Service and stuff are outstanding, very helpful and friendly. The interiors of the rooms is a bit outdated and shows signs of wear. Still, rooms are very comfortable and very clean, so we enjoyed staying in ours. Overall, highly recommend.

Clean, quiet and comfortable room, nice big pool, on a relatively quiet stretch of Faliraki beach, within walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops, nice pool bar with live music some evenings. Loved this hotel, the Junior Suite with Pool Access was perfect, the hotel is immaculate and the staff are lovely, it is set in lovely grounds and is on the beach. I didn’t love the area around as much but we did love the boat trips from the beach directly in front of the hotel.

Average hotel with everything just above average. Clean rooms, okay food, okay dining facilities, generous drinks, below average snacks in between meals. Closest beach is a nudist beach. Staff are pleasant. I'd give it a 3.5 star, if possible, as small things are lacking. Had to ask for shower gel every time though included in stay, for example. Small things, but which sank the overall experience.

Literally wonderful. I have never faced a better staff than this hotel but especially Kyriakos, Rena, Yorgo. All the staff are taking care of you to provide the best experience in your life and they were enabled to do that for me.
