Great hotel. Food was really good. Night entertainment could have been better. Most nights went to Faliraki as hotel was not up to much in the way of good entertainment.

From the minute we arrived we were in awe of the hotel. The family room of 4 is something we have never stayed in before with stunning views over the sea. Beds were massive and very comfy. All inclusive food was not notch with plenty of options every day. Snack bar had gyros and burgers everyday with chicken nuggets for the kids. Plenty of desserts to choose from. We had the mostly amazing stay with our friends and family. Food was incredibly varied, with restumants also on site. Staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble. It was so clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel, it’s our 2nd time of going. Thank you!

It’s a spectacular hotel and our room with a view of the water did not disappoint. Breakfast was fabulous with many options and the staff are all friendly and attentive. Our wait staff Marietta was amazing and we will return to this hotel next year because of the hospitality we received. I highly recommend this hotel for those visiting Rhodes!

We booked a room with a sea view, but instead received a view of the compressor, which was constantly making noise. But they promptly upgraded our room, and as a complimentary gift from the hotel, we received a massage in the spa and fruit in our room. Respect to the hotel management!

Lovely hotel, staff and service were incredible. Great amenities and amazing to be right on beach. Bus stop right outside made it very easy to get to other spots on the island without a car. Buffet dinner quite expensive at €40 a head if not half board but good variety of options and food nice.

This is our second visit to The Elysium, and we weren't disappointed again! Besides the excellent food, facilities & proximity to the lovely beach, this hotel has to be recommended for it's customer support & service. We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 days at ER&S. Really nice complex, with direct and easy beach access. Relaxed and layed back atmosphere, as the complex is not too crowded. Service and stuff are outstanding, very helpful and friendly. The interiors of the rooms is a bit outdated and shows signs of wear. Still, rooms are very comfortable and very clean, so we enjoyed staying in ours. Overall, highly recommend.

Clean, quiet and comfortable room, nice big pool, on a relatively quiet stretch of Faliraki beach, within walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops, nice pool bar with live music some evenings. The breakfast could be better as the food seemed to be sitting out for a long time and the breakfast area was very noisy. Generally a good 4 star experience but not 5 star.

Loved this hotel, the Junior Suite with Pool Access was perfect, the hotel is immaculate and the staff are lovely, it is set in lovely grounds and is on the beach. I didn’t love the area around as much but we did love the boat trips from the beach directly in front of the hotel.

The rooms are big but very sparsely furnished. Looks rather empty hence takes away from the luxurious look it should have. Otherwise, every other thing was very beautiful.

The service of the dining room staff was below any criticism. The service of the reception staff on the day of the delivery of the rooms was very unservice-oriented. The level of food at the dinners has decreased compared to our accommodation the previous year. Some of the gym facilities are unusable and those that do, are very old.
