We visited Symi in June 2025 as part of a Jet2 package, which meant spending the first night in Rhodes before taking the ferry to Symi the following day. The island itself is stunning, but Pedi Beach is quite basic. Unrivalled rooms that transport you back in time (but with all mod-cons included discreetly, to make our stay 21st Century). The only downside was having to leave. If you want to treat yourself on Symi, this hotel will exceed expectations in so many ways.

Spectacular Hotel, with the best views ever I saw in my entire life, friendly staff I felt like I was at home, the rooms are amazing. Frankly I would come back again and again. They have been making my whole holidays like my dreams come true to this magical place.

What a wonderfully authentic place to stay situated on the Kali Strata. We were met at the Port having travelled from our home in Kalymnos. The stay was perfect, a lovely room with a great breakfast each morning. All of the staff were excellent and we plan to visit again in the future.

We spent our honeymoon here and it was amazing! Everyone was very kind and the location is very nice, with nice restaurants walking distance, ceramic studio, animal farm and castle ruins nearby. There’s a nice restaurant nearby, swimming pool with a bar and walking distance from the beach. Staff is friendly.

We stayed here for a week. It was fine for the price. Also there was beach next to it, but it was full of rocks so it hurt to walk in the ground barefoot and get out of the sea. There was also swimpool in the hotel. BUT minuspoints that the sheets were really badly stained. Also in the bathroom there crawled some kind of bugs on the floor from the sewer.

We stayed at Matoula Beach for a week in early October. Initially we were allocated a very small room. When we mentioned this to reception, we were transferred to a lovely spacious pool view room. All Inclusive hotel with very nice pool area, close to everywhere, the beach, the airport and Rhodes town. Close to the hotel is a lot of gift shops and a good, cheap car rental (Sky Rent a Car). we stayed 8 days AI and what can we say. Staff were amazing couldnt fault them, clean restuarant and main areas. We stayed on 4th floor and the carpets were filthy, lighting poor very dim, a small lift bear in mind too. Foodwise had better, had to warm it up every evening due to the tepid temperature it was served and no choice every evening of fish!!! Not what I expected for a 4 star chain...

not sure i'd class as a 4 star hotel, staff were excellent, Sirene owners should be proud of them, however only having 1 restaurant with a buffet style offerings for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, no in room facilities for tea/coffee and no minibar, meaing you need to go to the restaurant/outside pool everytime you wanted a drink. This is such a fantastic hotel, it was our 3rd visit and we are already looking forward to booking our 4th stay. Everything about this hotel is lovely, the staff, restaurants, bars, pool and it's location from the local beach which is about 150 meters.
