Fantastic brand new hotel for couples. Quiet and relaxed, great wines and food on offer. The rooms along with the rest of the hotel are very modern and clean. For a relatively new hotel, we didn't pick up on any teething troubles. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite close to the airport so transfers were short. We attended the (free) wine tasting event. It was fantastic, loved socialising with other guests and chatting. Very informative someliers, providing even more complimentary food to eat with the wines. The hotel is pretty remote compared to other hotels in the area, approx 20 - 30 min walk to bars or bus stop to Rhodes town, probably not recommend for those with mobility issues. The only slight problem was at breakfast, there were 2 occasions that we requested drinks that didn't arrive, but this was very minor.

A very new Adult Only hotel (50 rooms) which opened in June this year. Eleoanas Hotel is a glorious oasis on the outskirts of Rhodes Town . Ideal for a weeks relaxing break. Situated in a rural residential area well away from the tourist traps of Rhodes Town and the very run down area of Lalysos & Lalysos beach which is very scruffy and dirty indeed . The young staff are very helpful and professional We arrived late on Sunday evening and had a problem with our ground floor room (101) noise from ventilation system and A/C units which was sorted efficientally first thing on the Monday morning with a move to another room . Our room was very spacious with luxurious modern design and one of the most comfortable beds weve slept in anywhere. Buffett breakfast each morning was excellent with a fantastic and ample choice of dishes . Only negative would be the lack of fresh tea and coffee facilities . The menu and quality of pool bar snacks through out the day was also very good. The swimming pool and pool area is great as is the outdoor gym. We enjoyed walks along the country roads about 2k to the old village of Lalysos which has several very good traditional Greek resteraunts around the church and village square . There are plenty of local buses going to Rhodes Town and the airport and taxi fares are reasonable. If we were in need of another relaxing late October week in the sun then we would definatley come back to Eleonas Boutique hotel

Overall a very good hotel and super staff. Thank you. Friendly esp Maria! Hotel breakfast excellent. Wish the coffee was self service as I need 3 to get going. Nice small daytime menu. Rooms very clean with comfy bed. Good showers. Excellent WiFi. Friendly. Pool area good with lots of space. Nice bar. Gym with good kit. I would suggest hotel drop the 10€ charge for the nice steam and sauna, it’s barely used. Better include it for free and more people would book treatments. Easy delivered car hire. 40€ day. Hire bikes at front of hotel. Rhodes town easy on bus 3€ (800m walk) lots of good restaurants. Local town 20mins walk, good gyros, supermarket, local restaurants (book) Ilyasos area toward beach looks like it is in terminal decline. Empty houses, empty shops, lots of half built abandoned properties. Windy stoney beach. Overall good warm holiday at the end of the season. Recommend.

A truly beautiful hotel. We only booked for two nights but wished we could have stayed longer. Our room was only the standard room but it was extremely luxurious. With the bed a dream. Each morning we were welcomed with a banquet for breakfast. With an array of specialists Greek sweet and savoury treats. We ate and drank several times in the hotel for lunch and dinner. The food was excellent and at a fair price. A huge thank you to all the staff who were so friendly, especially Eda our waitress. And to the cleaner of the common areas, she worked so hard to keep the place incredibly clean. This is a new hotel and whoever the interior designer is they are outstanding. Everything is unique and of amazing quality. I wish I could give you 6 stars x

A new hotel trying to be chic & sophisticated but compromised by some health & safety hazards: The edges of most exterior steps in & out of building & around poolside are not clearly indicated. The doormat at the entrance is curled around the rim: not the best or safest welcome. The handrail to the basement toilets is too broad to grasp & rocky towards the bottom. Outdoor stairs to first floor have no handrails at all & puddle at the bottom when rainy. Housekeeping trollies are a permanent obstacle on the narrow first floor landing often in the vicinity of the stairs - neither safe nor aesthetically pleasing, particularly outside one's door Such issues could easily be remedied to lift this otherwise excellent hotel to perfection. The staff, the service, the food, the poolside vibe & amenities are of the highest quality & it is a great place to unwind relax.

When we first arrived at the hotel I wondered to myself “why isn’t this rated a 5 star hotel?” - it is incredibly stylish and new. I did realise throughout my stay why it isn’t a 5 star. The rooms are lovely and spacious, but with only one small wardrobe and drawer to put your clothes we felt there wasn’t enough storage and had to resort to using both chairs in the room for clothes storage too. Having the shower in its own separate room/enclosure off the main bedroom area looks lovely, however during our stay the shower drain was blocked and wouldn’t drain properly resulting in water flooding into the bedroom and going under the bed everytime we had to open to door to the shower enclosure - this was resolved though after a lovely cleaning lady came and sorted it. We found the food and drink to be quite pricey - €7 for a pint and €11.50 was the standard for a cocktail. We did find SOME staff members to be quite ignorant - many times of standing waiting at the bar to order something and certain staff members just stood there ignoring us for a good 30 seconds/minute. The wait for waiters to take drinks orders/bring drinks at breakfast can be quite long too - sometimes we would sit down, waiters would see us sat down and not come to us for a good 10 minutes. However there is one waiter (didn’t get his name) who is lovely and very good at his job - sometimes seems he’s holding down the fort for everyone! Also when ordering food/drinks for by the pool, the waiters ask where you’re sat to bring your food over - maybe having numbers on the sunbeds would make it easier for both guest and waiter instead of having to point and describe which bed (sometimes led to confusion). The hotel is kept to a clean standard however some days the cleaning of the rooms could be a bit more thorough - glasses not changed just rinsed but still leaving lipstick marks on the top etc. The pool area is lovely and never a struggle to get a Sunbed, very comfy sunbeds too. However, another pet peeve of our stay was that the pool is supposed to open at 9am- however everytime we tried to go to the pool for 9am, staff were still organising sunbeds/umbrellas and rinsing down the pool area, most days it wasn’t actually open until 9:40.

We had the most amazing stay at Eleonas boutique hotel, it was immaculately and beautifully decorated, rooms cleaned every morning. All the staff were so friendly including Nikolas and Eda from the bar, the breakfast was amazing every morning and so was lunch, we rarely eat at the same place twice but we ate lunch here 4x. You never had to rush to get a sun bed in the morning, we had one of the large cabana beds every day. The gym was great, me and my partner used it a few times and I tried yoga one morning too, the yoga instructor was fantastic, I’m pregnant and she was very accommodating for me. Would love to come back, it’s a little bit of a walk from Lalysos and Ixia around 10mins before you reach the supermarket but it’s luxurious feel makes up for that :)

Ok, I'm not one for writing reviews and first day back after 7 days at this brilliant hotel. From the GM to the bar staff, this place is incredibly easy to stay at. The old cliche "nothing is too much trouble" is exemplified by the GM and her fantastic team. Clean, not over crowded, new, great food and very reasonably priced. Don't worry about the drive off the main road, the hotel is tucked away. Easy to get to Old and New town and some good restaurants nearby. We will be there next year for sure!!!

Eleonas is a new hotel this year 2025, and it has really lived up to its reviews already. From the standard of the rooms, pool & bar area, gym & Spar and the outstanding restaurant with its high quality food. Daytime music and even evening entertainment is provided several times a week (Great Saxophonist and violinist this week by the way!). The staff, from the cleaners, chefs, waiters, bar staff and receptionists have been exceptional. We thank you all and hope to return the next time we visit Rhodes.

Had a lovely week at Eleonas earlier this summer. The hotel is gorgeous, the staff are lovely & attentive.. the whole vibe of the hotel is nice & chilled. We stayed in a “Superior Double / Twin Room with Panoramic View” on the first floor. Lots of options for breakfast, various options for lunchtime & dinner. A bottle of water in the room everyday is a nice touch, especially with the crazy heat we had. Room was spacious & very clean. Different sun lounger options and plenty of them. Other reviews had stated that their transfer dropped them off a 10min walk away from the hotel, we travelled with Jet2 and the coach dropped us off next to the Eleni Tavern which was about 3mins from the hotel. We also ate at Eleni, twice, it was lovely and felt good to support a local business. The only ‘negatives’ I would say about the hotel are the shower screen being completely see through, this is fine for some but maybe not all as it’s in the middle of the room with a full length mirror directly in front of it. The hairdryer was very small, like a travel size, and while it did the job it did take quite a bit of time. The balcony is small, just big enough for a table and 2 chairs. Overall we had a great holiday and would definitely visit again.
