This was my first experience of an all-inclusive hotel with my two children and it did not disappoint. The children loved the huge variety of food in the restaurant and visited the snack bar daily. My only negative is that the restaurant did get quite noisy at times but that would obviously be during the very busy periods. Our bedroom was right at the top far end of the hotel which seemed quite a distance to walk to begin with. However, we discovered an extra smaller lift in the middle of the corridor which did help. In regards to the bedroom, it was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The shower was powerful and there was always plenty of hot water. My only criticism was that it was a little 'shabby' in terms of decor and there appeared to be very few plugs and no hooks anywhere to hang items. We had daily towel changes and a small fridge and kettle facilities. The hotel shop was fabulous! The shop assistants were very helpful and friendly and the prices were very reasonable. The staff on reception were always available to ask questions and were helpful in booking us a shuttle bus to Rhodes Old Town and ordering us packed lunches for our excursions. The pebbly beach is literally around the corner from the hotel and we enjoyed paddling and trying out some snorkelling there. We also took a 2 hour walk around the local area. Although some of the surrounding area is a bit run-down ,we still enjoyed exploring and came across a beautiful ornate church a few minutes away. The children loved the swimming pool and the outside area was immaculately clean. The entertainment was also very varied and enjoyable. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we had a really great holiday!

Fantastic staff especially the waiting staff they were the amazing especially the man that served us during the night I apologise can’t remember his name but he knew our drink and kept bringing them over can’t recommend this hotel enough I would definitely go back again

Amazing week here. The staff were warm friendly very helpful and always smiling. Nothing was to much trouble for them. Arrived late but there was food left out for whomever Arrived late and there were snacks by the pool bar. Iv found the tone of the stay starts at check in and I wasn't disappointed. Special thanks to Christina ❤️ Alexandros, Toria Atkinson - Tsakni, Stephanie, Nico, Dimitris, Amalia Gioldasi, Theocharis, Manolis, Jolanda And all the other amazing people who keep the wonderful memories coming. The pool area was always clean and tidy. The sun beds did have the normal towel placement but plenty of beds. The pool bar was busy but Christina got everyone served quickly. Meals were great inside or outside plenty of choice and fresh. Love how attentive the staff were towards guests dietary needs. The night entertainment was good for the kids disco and later for older people. Plenty to keep everyone entertained through the day. Had a problem with my shower reported it to the front desk not long after I returned to the room repair staff arrived to see what was wrong then I went out returned 2hrs later and work was completed. Would definitely recommend a visit here but be careful you may become hooked.

we stayed 8 days AI and what can we say. Staff were amazing couldnt fault them, clean restuarant and main areas. We stayed on 4th floor and the carpets were filthy, lighting poor very dim, a small lift bear in mind too. Foodwise had better, had to warm it up every evening due to the tepid temperature it was served and no choice every evening of fish!!! Not what I expected for a 4 star chain to be honest. The room looked tired wripped curtians, bathroom from the 70s decor, but the view made up for it. Cleanliness floors not swepped in the time in our room but towels changed daily and bed made. Bedlinen not changed in the time either yet states over 7 nights this would happen. No light on the balcony to sit of an evening when not too windy, everywhere else we stopped has had this which is nice. Spa you have to book a slot to use sauna room. Entertainment was mainly kids songs of an evening and 90% of people there were over 40 so not audience based at all very poor. Leading up to the hotel the area is run down nothing like the pictures. Would only rate it to be honest a 3 star. The private beach in the desription is chargeble for sun beds as other hotels adjacent these were included in their price. Wrong location and wrong hotel for us. Would not rush back. Sunbeds were a joke 6am europeans out blocking off the beds so by breakfast all gone in sunny side. Hotel not interested in this at all.

The hotel is situated in a nice quiet part of the sea front and only 4 miles from the old town but be prepared to pay anything from €15-20 for a taxi, a bus is slightly cheaper. The beach is lovely but beach shoes are a must! The sun beds are not supplied by the hotel so as soon as you sit down be prepared for a €15 charge for 2 beds, I would advise looking around for cheaper because there’s cheaper elsewhere. The food changes on a 7 day rotation and is ok, not great but ok. The staff are super helpful, whatever I needed they helped. The hotel is very clean but is showing signs of aging but that wasn’t a problem. Thank you for our stay.

Just arrived home from the most fantastic week at the Atlantica Princess Hotel. As soon as we arrived, the staff were there to take our cases and from that moment on, they couldn't do enough for us for the whole week of our stay. The staff work such long hours but are constantly up beat and happy. Every one of them was so friendly. The entertainment team were amazing with my 6 year old son and even came to see him on the day we were leaving to say good bye . The food was beautiful and that's coming from an extrememy fussy eater! We are definitely looking to come back soon! Thank you to all the staff at the Atlantica Princess for making our holiday so amazing!

Wow we’re do I start I got married in Atlantica princess last week was 32 guests out for our wedding the place is incredible staff are amazing since the minute we arrived hotel is spotless atmosphere in hotel is amazing my self and my husband can’t even think of a small detail witch could have been better they truly go above and beyond in each and every way friends and family keep talking about how amazing our day was all staff were amazing but would like to highlight that extra mile for Faye - coordinator ( beautiful inside and out) Manolis - manager ( amazing man special detail in every way on our special day Also Alex the porter this guy is out standing should defo get a promotion We all plan go back next year can’t wait

We had a fantastic experience at the Atlantica Princess Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond — nothing was too much trouble, and they were always warm, welcoming, and professional. The food was absolutely delicious with a great variety every day, and the dining area was always clean and well-organized. Our room was lovely, spacious, and kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were excellent — whether it was the pool area, the bars, or the entertainment, everything was well-maintained and added to a truly relaxing holiday. Would 100% recommend and definitely hope to return again soon!

We went to Atlantica Princess at the end of June for a week with our 2 children (ages 4 & 2). First of all the area of Ialysos is beautiful and a short walk and you’re into the town centre and it is such a nice place with lots of little traditional taverna’s to call into. It is right in front of the beach, a very very pebbly beach, nonetheless still lovely! The hotel for us was average, the rooms look lovely on first inspection however the longer the week went on the more things we noticed wasn’t really up to standard, these being the curtains were hanging off the rails, we had a 2nd bed for our eldest which the bed sheets had a rip in them, the taps are very discoloured and very worn, the cleanliness was sub standard as under the beds there were spoons and rubbish (from previous guests not us). The fridges in the rooms aren’t stocked up throughout the week so beware! Every other all inclusive we’ve stayed in (including another Atlantica we stayed in Crete) you get at least a nice refreshing drink replaced when you arrive, however you get a few bottles of water upon arrival and have to refill them throughout the week, or buy more bottles of water from shops! The food is average, just a classic all inclusive buffet style, with a few changes in themes through the nights, nothing spectacular. The snack bar outside is also the same, a vegan falafel wrap is advertised on the menu, however I asked for one 3 days in a row and the guy doing it said “no, it’s not possible” and was rather rude when I asked why not, so why advertise it? So opted for fries, which were barely cooked unfortunately. The pool bar staff were fantastic, turning drinks out very quickly and efficiently which got the queues down well! The pool was good if you hit it early on, however as the day goes on it gets busier (understandably with the heat) but then feels over cramped and then they use the pool to play water polo etc, and due to there only being 1 big pool for all the guests, you soon feel you have to vacate the pool. The kids pools are good but also the same problem just too small for the sheer size of the hotel and amount of guests wanting use of them. Personally we would rate this hotel a maximum 3 stars, not the 4 it is meant to be having stayed in previous 4 star hotels.

Currently nearing the end of our week in Rhodes. First time ever visiting this part of Greece and we are absolutely thrilled we chose the Atlantica Princess. Lovely clean large room (we ordered the suite which has two bathrooms are two balconies, one with pool view and one with sea view, amazing!) We went all inclusive and the food is overall very nice. A few items here and there have been a little bland but overall delicious! The alcoholic drinks are a little hit and miss but fine. The staff are wonderful and work so so hard. Alex in the dining area is so lovely, and the gentleman serving the drinks in the evening outside near the stage is also wonderful! Overall a lovely week, thanks to Atlantica Princess!

I only eat kosher food because I'm a Jew and there was one employee at breakfast who took care of fresh vegetables for me every morning and made my stay at the hotel perfect!! In addition, the reception staff were smiling and helped with any question, I would definitely recommend!
