An exceptional stay from start to finish. The hotel’s beachfront location is unbeatable—just steps from soft sand, light pebbles, and crystal‑clear water. The rooms were spotless and stylish, the staff warm and genuinely attentive, and the sea views absolutely unforgettable. The Muses Greek Restaurant is a must‑try. A perfect choice for anyone seeking pure relaxation with a touch of luxury.

We have just got back from nearly 2 weeks at this hotel. The first few days were quiet but it got busier during the half term. I think the place coped well with it being busy. They only had two staff on at the pool bar but the ques went down quickly. Reception staff are very good and helpful they helped booked taxi to airport. but the main mention has to go to the daytime animation crew. They made such a great effort to get everyone involved in all the activities. Ethan was brilliant and had a great laugh. Pros Great food so many different themed evenings. The Asian and Italian were great experience. The water park was brilliant except the spinning slide. That managed to burn and bruise my arm off it. Rooms nice and clean, wasn't quite the same as photo but was nice. The hotel is bigger than I thought. If you go you have to get to Rhodes it's not long on the bus. A few negatives little bits. Could tell it was getting to the end of season. Some foods weren't replenish, and last few days their was mainly ouzo in all the drinks. Lots of cats and people feeding them in the restaurant wasn't ideal and the staff did not do much to remove them. We had a ground floor room and was no enclosed balcony it was just open. But that my have not worked due to us having a little one. Been better if they were closed off.

We had a great short stay at Blue Bay in October.
We booked a family room which had a view of the waterpark and balcony to relax on in the evening. The room was comfortable but dates and the bathroom could have bee cleaner.
WiFi was hit and miss.
Every member of staff were friendly and polite.
The food options were varied however did get repetitive after a few nights. We ate at the Italian restaurant which was delicious. Would have liked some more options for gluten free and vegetarian in the buffet.
The drinks were OK, cocktails could have been tastie, but they were definitely not weak! And the beachside pizza was so tasty.

Recommend getting the bus into the old town for €8 per person return and exploring.

Overall an enjoyable stay with some small tweaks it would be perfect.

It was a good visit. Nice hotel and all. I would definitely visit again and again and it is all because of iraklis, he was so friendly and nice and he it shows that he really tries to take care of us and all the other customers. He came and talked to us, he made sure we had what we needed. He is the best. Give him promotion, we was 12 people in total, and every one loved him. He became our uncle＜3

Rhodes is a lovely place but I would never stay at this hotel again.We were given a superior family room,it definitely was not superior.Bathroom had dirty wall and floor with chipped tiles.in bedroom broken safe door wouldn’t close.room very dated.Balcany had a wall with wooden fencing.I am in a wheelchair so couldn’t look out at our view even though some rooms had glass balcony or just a brick wall.lift was so small I had to go in it by myself.(in my wheelchair) which even then was a tight squeeze.restaurant had upper floor and has steps to go down.Lower floor was more accessible for me.They kept sitting us on the upper floor,so my family then needed to take me right round outside and back in on lower floor for me to choose and get food.and then back out and in again.we tried to ask for lower floor but they still showed us to table on upper floor.insisting there were no tables available on the lower floor,which as we looked this was not the case.food was average and very repetitive.went to indoor pool restaurant.for breakfast Little choice .fruit mainly tinned.flies on it as there were no lids.Flies even on hot food after breakfast there we no sun beds available around the main as people got up and put towels on them early morning even though sign said towels will be removed.Having to pay 3 euros for iced coffee and outside gelato you had to pay for ice creams.For what it cost to stay should be in the all inclusive.Bar staff were lovely and friendly.Overall 100% not worth the money it cost to stay there.

This is not the best Rhodes has to offer however if you want to be near the airport for a quick transfer, you'd struggle to beat it.
Blue Bay Resort is quite tired and in need of some modernisation and decoration.
If you want lively and loud, it's the place for you. Our visit was in October and it was packed. I dread to think what it would be like in peak season!
On the plus side, there are several swimming pools on the resort, a couple of which were on the outer perimeter and more tranquil.
The resort is right on the beach, so you can opt for either the pools or the sea. If you prefer the sea, I would highly recommend rubber water shoes for the beach which is pebbly, steeply sloping and excruciating on your feet until you at a sufficient depth for swimming. The sea bed becomes sandy when you swim out a way and even further out, it becomes more interesting with rocks below which makes for some good snorkelling (big crabs, eels and all sorts of fish)
Main restaurant was very busy and food generally of average quality and often luke warm
For us, the resort was a happy compromise because it suited our 7 and 10 year old kids and gave my wife and I some late sun whilst the weather is turning colder at home in Cornwall. For me 7/10. Would I return? No!

This hotel really positively surprised me. This was the first time I’d done an all inclusive so I was skeptical, however, I really can’t fault the hotel and I had a great week here.

The rooms were basic and a little dated, but they were clean and spacious and made up every day.

The pool facilities were fantastic - all very clean, showers and toilets were nearby. There is a larger, deeper pool, a shallower pool and then a small children’s room. Ample sun beds at both the pool and on the beach - which you can walk straight on to.

The food was the only thing which let the stay down - it wasn’t bad by any means but just not great. However that said, there was a wide variety of options. This isn’t an expensive resort though, so I understand it isn’t going to be luxury dining.

The only actual negative was our on-site restaurant meal. We chose Muses and unfortunately, it was pretty dreadful. Would not recommend- the food was more or less the exact same as at the buffet but somehow worse!

The entertainment was pretty good too, and varied most nights.

Location was great too - easy busy into Rhodes Old Town and plenty of parking (we rented a car).

Overall, very good holiday and would definitely return to this hotel.

I stayed at Blue Bay Resort in Rhodes for 7 days with my partner. The staff were absolutely lovely – very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

I had paid for an upgraded room as a surprise for my partner, but unfortunately the room we were initially given was not what I had expected. I was disappointed and heartbroken at first. I’m never one to complain, but I’m so glad I plucked up the courage to speak up – within an hour our room was changed without any fuss, which I really appreciated.

The food in the main buffet restaurant was quite basic. It was enjoyable at first, but by the third day we were getting a little tired of it. On the bright side, the snack bar was amazing and became a bit of a lifesaver! The all-inclusive drinks were also fantastic and good value.

We dined at the Greek restaurant on site and we were over the moon with the whole experience! Staff were amazing and the food was fantastic! We definitely recommend dining there

The shower room definitely leaves a lot to be desired – not the most pleasant to look at – but it did the job for a quick wash.

A big plus for us was the coach/bus trip option from the resort, which was perfect and saved us a lot of money on taxis.

Overall, Blue Bay Resort has some really good points – especially the staff, snacks and drinks – but there’s room for improvement on the food variety and bathroom facilities.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel! Everything was great — the rooms, the food, and especially the pool area.
We met the lifeguard George, who was amazing with our kids — so friendly, attentive, and caring. He really made our days by the pool extra fun and safe.
Also, Kety from customer relations was so kind and helpful — always with a smile and ready to assist with anything we needed.
We’d definitely love to come back next year! 🌞❤️
