Staff were amazing on reception and concierge - special mention to Georgia (I think her name was) who help make our short stay very memorable with her sage advice on how to fill our time. Would stay again.

This was a 5 star hotel 25 years ago, now max 3 stars. Overal a bit dirty, old material, just not what we expected. Also i asked a drink at 5h in the morning and this was not possible, so thats not the service you provide as a 5-star in Europe. They need do downgrade this hotel asap.

The Location was Perfect!! Across the street from a Great beach (get the sea view rooms, so worth it) & a close walk to ancient ruins. The rooms are all updated & beautiful. Perfect for families with children. The staff is outstanding and very responsive to answer any questions you might have. They are quick in responding to your emails. My only circumstances are bottled water is not free . No shower near main pool . Toilets not on same level as pool especially with children . -1 floor for indoor pool could potentially have a sauna /steam room to enhance the experience. Although the food choices are good.
