Special praise goes to Vasilis, who anticipated our every need and always kept our coffee cups filled. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned every day, for which we are very grateful

Could not fault any of the numerous dishes that were on offer. The pool area as with the hotel was kept to an extremely high standard daily with all sun-beds being cleaned at the end of the day

Very good hotel very good service we’ve got an upgrade to room with the pool free because we said we are in honey moon. Really loved all

The beach has plenty of free sunbeds and the water is clean and warm. Pool is nice but suffers from the ‘towels on the sunbeds before breakfast’ brigade

The beach is very well maintained, with clean water and a beautifully organized layout. It has small pebbles instead of sand, which we actually loved , it kept everything neat and pleasant to walk on with proper shoes

We had a wonderful stay at Elysium Hotel in Rhodes. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with a lovely, clean atmosphere throughout. The pool area and beach are both excellent — spacious, relaxing, and very well kept

We were upgraded to a beautiful suite with a lovely view of the spa and beach too which was nice! As the trip was for our anniversary the room had complimentary wine and a fruit basket which was a kind touch

Everyone we interacted with was exceptionally kind, helpful, and professional. A special thank you to the breakfast team, especially the manager and the waitress, who provided outstanding service every morning

There’s entertainment every evening, including a singing team and fitness classes, which added a fun touch to our stay without being intrusive. But what truly made the experience special was the amazing staff

We mostly drank the local Greek wines which were amazing but the cocktails are good too :) Breakfast (and lunch) at Ammos on the beach was idyllic and there’s lots of staple choice for the kids

The beaches and pools are super clean and most importantly the staff are so friendly and helpful. For us, Nikoleta, Adelin, Marianna, and Ilias were fantastic the whole time

Andreea our friends for so many years take care of everything and spoiled as at maximum. All the staff is amazing and we had the best service. By the way sushi at the lunch in poseidon is such a nice surprise

The tennis coaches, especially Kleanthis and Ekaterina, are simply outstanding. At the Bike Center, Christos and Yannis are the crème de la crème — knowledgeable, welcoming, and always going the extra mile

The facilities are very good and whether by one of the pools or on the beach front all your needs are catered for. The entertainment is varied, and there are always a couple of choices to choose from

ARB is a great family beach featuring a lot of great amenities. It has a sweet children’s club. From 1-3 there is a small daily fee, then from 4 and up, it is free

But on the other had, the pools were really great and so was the new water park. The toilets were too few and a bit far from the beach. There's a small shop inside with essentials and reasonably priced

As an advice- coffee at breakfast could be improved (in some areas coffee was ok and in some areas absolutely not). In general we are very satisfied and grateful! Thank you, Aquila Rethymna Beach😊!

There was a good selection of food and everything tasted great. Dining experience was top notch. The beach is a combo of sand and pebbles. Unfortunately there are also bigger rocks

Overall it was a lovely holiday. The hotel is clean and the location is brilliant - on the beach and only 10 minutes from the old town. The sea view room was clean but basic - maybe a little dated

She, with the guy with the glasses in the lobby, the lady who is doing the pita breads on the beach and the lovely old Greek at the entrance of the restaurant are SMILING. I have noticed that a lot of others are not

Great range of superb food choices in the many restaurants. The pool areas and beach meant you always had a different view and you could get drinks and snacks from the many bars and kiosks around the resort

The rooms are spread on the hillside, so you walk a while from the main building to the room

Unfortunately, there are too many flaws. It definitely needs some remodeling, and the hotel has a lot of flaws in general. The food was okay, but I think more fish and Greek cuisine in general should be offered

The beach has plenty of sunbeds and a bar, and the beach restaurant serves good food. We would definitely stay at this hotel again

We had our honeymoon from 20-27. 09 and everything was wonderful. The food, the beach, the staff attitude and the restaurants. We received an upgraded room and a late check-out because of delayed flight for free

Wonderful Stay at Out Of The Blue Resort My family and I recently stayed 4 days in the hotel and had an amazing experience. The hotel beach(s) and pools are perfect, with 2 water slides for the kids fun

perfect service (at the beach bar, restaurant, and other places where drinks were served). I liked that the staff always helped immediately with a smile on their faces. Contra: There are some things that don't work

And the purple sunset is one of a kind. The fitness studio is well equipped and not too crowded. The football, basketball and tennis courts are in good shape

The Hotel is Amazing. They clean up your room, the food is fantastic, the beds are comfortable and everything looks great. I'd really recommend going there.

Loved it! Not too big, not overcrowded. Two times Beachvolleyball per day. Great selection at breakfast and lunch. I especially loved the local coffee prep with hot sand! Best vacation so far!

Virus prevention is present in the background and absolutely not disturbing! The hotel is remembering guests even after 5 years! I like to walk the long beach every day (multiple km !), take a bath in the sea to cool down

Our rooms where brand new and we even got a free upgrade! This Resort is the best thing what you can do if you really want a great quality and some relaxing days. Especially with the private beach

Unfortunately, the location of the taverna is in the middle of the hotel instead at the beach, where the beach bar is. The smaller beach at the left wing is quiet and sanddy, although too shallow

We didn't have enough towels and missing a bed on arrival but the staff are all very friendly and quick to respond. Full board wasn't quite what I expected

The whole experience was incredible, a very fun holiday with my family, firstly they have many different hotels, all connected to each other making one huge resort, experiences and academies: water-sports, tennis, football, biking, and much more, experiences: The Bee Spot which lets you get close up with bees and teaches you about them, the Sani Treetop Adventure, Many different levels of difficulty...

Good,evan very good, luxury place. But it is very snobbish and pretentious. They close all of the beach. Price for people that is not in the hotel is 80 euro per sunbed. I think this is not ethical and may not be legal.

The other lifeguards were discreet and calm when mentioning to guests if there was any concern but when Michalis started blowing his whistle in front of my 4 year old son’s face, I then asked him what was the issue because he jumped in the pool and he yelled that it’s not allowed

He then became argumentative and tried to explain to me that “it’s Greek Law that you’re not allowed to jump into a pool and if I let you, I will be arrested” while he’s yelling that to me and hand gesturing him being handcuffed

The pools were the perfect temp, and lots of pools with loads of loungers. Never a problem getting them in the morning. We liked the pool by the beach and the restaurant here is great for breakfast and dinner

Great for families, the hotel has lot of attractions for children. The beach and pool areas are organized and good infra structure. Food is also very good, served in three restaurants. Rooms are comfortable.

Fantastic family friendly hotel with a beautiful beach! We've visited Pilot Beach Resort two years in a row with our very young children (1 and 3 years old) and it's been a wonderful experience both times

The buffet options at all the restaurants are excellent. The appetizers and main courses are always well-prepared and there’s something for everyone. However, for the desserts, only a few really stood out

The entertainment was great & the beach volleyball was a highlight for us both! Peach Slushies with Amaretto were excellent on the hot days! The buffet was well varied although wouldn’t say the quality was 5* - perhaps 4*

We had a pleasant stay in a generously designed resort right on the coast. We appreciated the beautiful beach, which was never crowded, plenty of sun loungers and parasols, and the beautiful large swimming pools.

It's our first time in Rhodes, we did other islands in Greece, and really it's a bit beautiful that's the thing that always landed us to come back, we came here to celebrate my birthday with my love

it was a bit difficult to choose this hotel after reading all the negative and positive reviews in the end we decided to go to lindos , a beautiful village we visited the old town in Rhodes, pefki,boat trip we didn't regret our choice in relation to the hotel

The staff do try and stop this but I only ever saw them move 1 towel in the seven days we were there

May be some improvements could be (but only because we compare to other GRECOTELs we love): main restaurant despite very nice design can be a bit overcrowded sometimes and the food offering is not as diverse (themes) and exceptional as in some other GRECOTELs but do not get us wrong the food quality is definitely there relative to other hotel brands, some staff not as smiling like in other GRECOTELs...

To note is that the team did everything to help us deal with an issue as we did not like initially our room. We complained and staff acted very professionally and efficiently

Pool situation was abit rubbish in the sense some guests were reserving multiple beds at 6:15am every morning but never using them all. I feel this is abit inconsiderate of other guests but that’s my opinion

We booked this hotel as we wanted to be near Kos town last year we stayed at the Mitsis Blue Domes (highly recommend). Myself, my husband and two children age 4 and 10 stayed for 7nts all Inclusive

We enjoyed relaxing around the main pool area on very comfy loungers and the lovely sandy beach is just in front of the Hotel. Entertainment was really good with something different on each evening

Hotel is on a peninsula by itself so you are a bus ride away from a town with bars and tavernas. There are plenty of pools in the hotel grounds and you have access to the beach and safe swimming areas

If you want to visit local towns etc prepare to travel for long periods time. Hotel offers all you need to have a relaxing, stress free holiday. Views amazing where ever you put your sunbed

Main pool can feel busy, but does have activities going on through the day. So we went to the Phaethon bar with pool. Which was quieter but still busy. Great if you sporty lots to do too

That to me, is a great indication of a place that treats their staff well! The pools were gorgeous and so clean; the private beach was an actual slice of heaven; the food was so tasty (seriously - not a single disappointing dish!); and the facilities were so clean and tastefully decorated

But what stood out most, were the staff! At breakfast, Maria and Sofia would always greet us with a warm smile and such genuine hospitality - they truly started our day off right!
