The resort is huge so although it was full, you couldn’t feel it. Nice activities, lots of pools, you can always find a spot with a sun bed in one of the pools. The variety of food is good and you can can always find what (and where) to eat. We had a great time!

Beautiful hotel in convenient location. Customer service excellent. Elevators not all working and has to walk down 15 flights of stairs. 1 elevator never worked at all. A/C didn’t work properly. Lovely week in annex building at Akti imperial. Kids literally lived in the main pool, we loved the evening show by the poolside stages, and breakfast buffet at Epicurus restaurant had everything, even freshly made omelets for our picky son. Just returned from our holiday and we've had an amazing week here. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and well kept throughout. The food was amazing. Always a good selection and very good quality. Fantastic hotel. All staff from porters, reception, bar staff, house cleaning, facilities were incredibly friendly. Private pool cleaned daily and was spotless. Mini fridge stocked daily including extras of the stuff we were using. Great facilities, good edible food at all meal times across all restaurants. Top shelf spirits from friendly bar staff. We will be back in a few weeks for another break

An outstanding hotel with great facilities and wonderful staff. Premium drink selection all included and the food was excellent. The buffet restaurant was great and the a la cartes were better again. Rooms are all fully air conditioned and immaculate, as was the full hotel. Highly recommended and will be back again.

There were some things that were not correctly advertised, such as there is no airport transfer service - you are told to go wait in line for a taxi and be careful because they might rip you off like they did us. Like all hotels in Rhodes, the quality is high and the prices are quite reasonable. It is just a bit far from the old town. But everything is at your fingertips.

The Junior Suite has a very good layout, which is better than most Sheraton hotels. The service is friendly and decent. The underground parking lot is convenient. The music from the evening performances is a bit loud, but the sound insulation is fine after closing the windows.

We came in April and it majority of facilities as to WHY we chose this hotel are closed and not available - play area for kids, indoor pool closed due to construction. The hotel was truly excellent, and the food was also very good, but the spa was definitely the highlight. I had a massage from Pavlos, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience—very relaxing and enjoyable. I would highly recommend it!
