My stay at Leptos Panorama Hotel was absolutely wonderful! The hotel has a fantastic location with breathtaking panoramic views of the sea – truly a picture-perfect setting. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, with great attention to detail that makes you feel at home from the very first moment.

The restaurant offers a rich and varied buffet for breakfast , with fresh and delicious options every day. The facilities, including the pool and shared areas, create a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere.

What really made my experience outstanding was the amazing staff. Everyone is friendly, professional, and goes out of their way to make sure guests have a perfect stay. I would like to give a special thank you to Georgina from the management . Her warm smile, kindness, and professionalism truly stood out and made me feel more like a friend than just a guest.

In short: this hotel is highly recommended, and I will definitely be coming back soon! 🌊🌞

The hotel is in a very scenic location, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The number 21 bus calls directly at the hotel to take you to Chania. The service is regular and good value.
The rooms need updating to a degree but are clean and have the facilities you would expect. A refresh would take the hotel to a next level.
The staff were all very nice and efficient. The hotel had a lovely relaxed feel to it and meal times were all the better for this. The food was of a high quality and varied through the week we stayed. The quality and variety of meat dishes in particular was noted.
We would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to those considering the Chania area.

We didn't use the spa or the bar

You absolutely must book this hotel for the unforgettable panorama and the exceptionally friendly staff, who truly go above and beyond to make your stay fantastic! We stayed in a Panorama Blue room, which also gave us access to the bar and the second swimming pool. We traveled in October, so it was relatively quiet. The breakfast was excellent, and dinner was buffet-style. Not everything was perfect, but there was plenty of choice. There's a convenient bus connection to Chania from the hotel, and the value for money is definitely recommended!

A fantastic family holiday. From lovely staff throughout the hotel, who can’t do enough for you, to comfortable rooms.
Reception staff were able to answer all questions, provide everything we needed and were able to book a table in a local taverna with a taxi booking to get us there.
The restaurant gentleman remembered that we were a table of five, from the first evening we arrived and also that we were all together when we had gone down separately. That personal touch was amazing and appreciated. The staff are obviously happy to work there and that reflects in their treatment of guests.
Clean pool areas, no fighting for sun loungers at any point through the day, very relaxed atmosphere
Absolutely breathtaking views, the location is just something else.
The selection of food was ample for everyone to have a full belly every day, one of the chefs was able to show me around and reassure me about my food allergy and give me all information on each dish served.

The only gripe I have is the LOUD music from a neighbouring tiny hotel, which continued to 11pm some nights (Not every night luckily). Even Panorama entertainment wasn’t loud enough to disrupt our evening in the room. I do have an issue with noises, due to neurodiversity, so it probably affected me more than it would have done others. There’s not a lot that can be done about this issue though, as Panorama have no control over it. - Take earplugs if you struggle with noise and like an early night.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough and would definitely return.

The Front Desk Customer Service was Exceptional!
The hotel is clean, has a beautiful viewof the ocean, infinity pools and is located on bus routes that can take you easily to town and beaches. The daily breakfast that was included was amazing as well.

The location was fantastic as it was only a 20 minute bus journey into Chania town and where the hotel is on the island made it easier to get to the likes of Balos and elafonissi beaches. The hotel itself was really nice and we were very fortunately upgraded to the executive wing which came with the added benefit of a secluded swimming pool and bar area.

We visited the beautiful island of Crete and stayed at this wonderful hotel where everything exceeded our expectations.

The food was fresh, plentiful and absolutely delicious! The service throughout was outstanding - from the bar staff to the servers and chefs. There was a huge variety of food and this changed every night with a different theme (we were fully all inclusive which we recommend!).

A special shout-out goes to the incredible Georgia (Guest Services). From securing perfect dinner reservations and offering spot-on recommendations, to arranging the most unforgettable private boat trip with Sea Adventure and Captain Costas (so good we went twice!) - she made our stay truly exceptional.

We’ll be dreaming about this experience for a long time. Thank you to everyone who made it so special!
