A very beautiful place for a family vacation we took. The front desk team were very welcoming, assisting us with all our needs all along our stay. I traveled with two children, aged 9.5 and 7.5. The experience at the hotel was perfect – excellent service, a wide variety of food, lots of attractions for the kids, and plenty of activities. In short, there's no doubt that we’ll be coming back again.

Very nice hotel, we had room in Athina building, pool party wont hear there. Pool areas are big and clean.. if u go 10:00am you got good place. Lot of kids in hotel, we have one in holiday.

We had an amazing week at this hotel, perfect for young families with kids. The food was delicious and our favourite part was the crepe and ice cream bar right next to the beach. One thing you won’t be is hungry or skinny! Our only complaint was that our rooms felt a bit damp and they were initially quite cold which I think would be appreciated in the height of summer. Place was beautiful, most of the staff were fabulous, food great, everywhere spotless but I couldn't book into restaurants because they were full. On asking reception I was told they're usually booked a week in advance. Granted I never checked if there was an email advising this but I would of waited for a nosey anyway.

Excellent stay! Food is amazing. We had very warm welcome and enjoyed every moment there. I wish I didn’t have a wasp bite as I’m allergic to that but from what I understood wasps are a seasonal problem and you can potentially escape them if coming early summer.

Overall the hotel is fine. The food is edible. Good location but not for people who don’t like ants. Ant infested by the pool. Even in the room on the floor I saw some ants too.

We are very happy, because we chose "Castellum suites". Our room was big and in good condition, the bathroom is very big and comfortable. Our terrace was with sea view. We stayed here for a week last week, we found the hotel not to be 4 stars as advertised but it was ok for what we needed. The location was good for us as it was only a 15 min walk into the old town. The food options are limited, despite being all inclusive, the lobby bar is charged after 10pm, even the water in the minibar was not replenished, they cancelled our door cards at 9am on the check out day and we could not enter after breakfast, the receptionist explained that the system was automatically closed because we were leaving today. Had a great time here. The all-inclusive was definitely worth its price, I wish I was able to stay longer for both the hotel experience and to explore more of the island.
