Great hotel. Food was really good. Night entertainment could have been better. Most nights went to Faliraki as hotel was not up to much in the way of good entertainment.

From the minute we arrived we were in awe of the hotel. The family room of 4 is something we have never stayed in before with stunning views over the sea. Beds were massive and very comfy. The resort is huge so although it was full, you couldn’t feel it. Nice activities, lots of pools, you can always find a spot with a sun bed in one of the pools. The variety of food is good and you can can always find what (and where) to eat. We had a great time!

Beautiful hotel in convenient location. Customer service excellent. Elevators not all working and has to walk down 15 flights of stairs. 1 elevator never worked at all. A/C didn’t work properly. Lovely week in annex building at Akti imperial. Kids literally lived in the main pool, we loved the evening show by the poolside stages, and breakfast buffet at Epicurus restaurant had everything, even freshly made omelets for our picky son. Was ok but old inside and breakfast was not good

Like all hotels in Rhodes, the quality is high and the prices are quite reasonable. It is just a bit far from the old town. But everything is at your fingertips.

The Junior Suite has a very good layout, which is better than most Sheraton hotels. The service is friendly and decent. The underground parking lot is convenient. The music from the evening performances is a bit loud, but the sound insulation is fine after closing the windows.

Brilliant place for a relaxing holiday - clean and well kept and the staff throughout the resort are just wonderful. A big thank you to you all! Bed was soooooo comfortable. Lovely private beach and a selection of pristine pools. Highly recommended!!

My family and I had a lovely holiday at Gouves. The staff were excellent, particularly Maria at Poseidon Bar who could not do enough for us. Food was excellent: I have two fussy eaters and they could always find something to eat at the Buffet. Snack Bar food excellent. We didnt try the restaurants and stuck with Buffet which a wide range and variety of dishes - even Chinese! The cakes and desserts...

This would qualify as good budget hotel at its best. We came in April and it majority of facilities as to WHY we chose this hotel are closed and not available - play area for kids, indoor pool closed due to construction. The construction site is next to our rooms as hotel is expanding/renovating, although noise managable. Pools freezing cold. There are some areas that are nice visually and clean...

The hotel was truly excellent, and the food was also very good, but the spa was definitely the highlight. I had a massage from Pavlos, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience—very relaxing and enjoyable. I would highly recommend it!

My time at the spa was amazing, I cannot fault the service received. When looking at the treatment's, making payment, arriving to the spa session, treatment and attention to detail were amazing.

We went to the Grecotel Luxme in Kos for a 10 day break in October. The hotel, although 5 star was not as luxurious as expected.
