been there and biten by bedbugs, as a rule owner does not accept resposibilty but I have pictures to prove. be clever than me and never stay at this place..

I had an excellent stay at this hotel in the heart of Athens! The location is perfect — close to everything, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and major attractions. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Athens!

Great place,very comfortable apartment with all you need for good relax or if you want to go in some restaorante or attractive places is by walk - 15 minutes.
The breakfast is tasy with fresh musik and frienddly stuff.

Very comfortable, cosy and clean room. Staff were really polite and helpful. Very close to the city center and everything that I need. The City Cafe which is right next to the hotel was amazing. I’ve got a delicious breakfast and unique cappuccino. Recommend this place.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this place! The apartment is incredibly comfortable and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. The breakfast at the café is simply amazing, and the music creates such a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The location is perfect — everything is within walking distance, including all the main attractions, restaurants, and even the Acropolis.
What really stood out was the 24-hour security — it made me feel completely safe and cared for throughout my stay, and the staff is always available and attentive. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone visiting the area. Truly a fantastic experience!

This place is absolute gem. The suite we book was the best choice. Mini gym profesional jacuzzi luxurious bathroom and space. Huge balcony. Servuce is also great. Clean, daily. Security 24/7. Safe. I will definetly stay gaain and recomend. Thank you!

It was a remarkable experience as we came for the first time in the Athens Warehouse Boutique Hotel! The view was amazing and the location of the hotel was very convenient as it is in the heart of the city. The room was incredible as everything was tidy and super clean! The staff was also very helpful and kind. Mike helped us a lot and answered to all of our questions.

Nice rooms and very comfortable
The owner and the staff were very friendly and polite. There are 24/7 a security guard in front of the hotel. They were very helpful and we felt secure all the time.
The coffee shop had everything we needed.
Very near to Omonoia metro station that helped us a lot.
I recommend it to everyone

Very clean hotel . Lovely fresh breakfast - freshly squeezed orange juice , good barista coffee and feta cheese omelet was delicious in the street cafe next door. There were mixed reviews about the location however we came back by 8pm every night and were fine. The flat is very spacious 2 bedroom 1 kitchen and 2 toilets/bathrooms.
