In its original condition, but clean, 15 minutes by taxi from the Acropolis.

The location is a quiet residential area. It is far from tourist spots, so you have to take a bus. You have to rely on Google Maps to find it. Once you confirm the location, there is a supermarket (closed on Sundays) nearby and a 24-hour convenience store. There is also a Greek restaurant nearby, and there are many cafes in front of the courthouse. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is a restrained Greek meal. If you enjoy salad, you will be satisfied. It is easy to dry laundry in a room with a terrace. I had a good rest.

Its a very classic, simple yet clean hotel with an amazing breakfast but above all the staff is marvelous, also the location with several restaurants and bars. Would definitely go back again

There was an air conditioner and it worked great. The room was clean and it had a great balcony with an alright view. The breakfast was good but nothing special. The service was great but we had one staff member act rude toward us. The location was great and the busses go to the city center. Value-for-money.

Hotel is in a residential area but super close to a great park and loads of good places to eat at reasonable cost.would recommend the soul kitchen great food.A slice of real greek culture.Alittle on the shabby side but great hospitality and value

Location is ok. Service is the best. But room is old and needs to remodel

This was my second stay at this hotel, this time I was given a room on the street side and was a bit noisy especially later in the evening !
The property is clean and convenient to downtown but not in the main part of the city !
The facility is in need of upgrading , for electronics, also there was no refrigerator in the room available.
Additionally the parking provided is a lot one street over and requires you to get a key from the front desk and return it !
Just a few things to be aware of !

This is a small gem for the people looking for a clean and neet bed and breakfast in Athens Greece it is a family managed hotel where all the family make you feel that you are an extended family member not a guest very courteous understanding of guests needs they do their best to accommodate you and serve you with great attitude very helpful speak English. I do recommend this place for families and business
