Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, as were the breakfast staff.

I had one of the worst hotel experiences here. I booked a specific room based on the photos and details provided, but upon arrival, I was given a completely different room – smaller, outdated, and not what I paid for. When I brought this up, the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, blaming Booking.com for showing the "wrong pictures." Instead of fixing the issue, they charged me extra to "upgrade" me to the room I originally booked!
The rooms are small, bathrooms are old and worn out, and customer service is awful. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Be advised, though, if you stay in Pirareus, many tours won't pick you up since they might only do so from centrai Athens.
was small (especially the bathroom/shower) but very clean. The bed was comfortable as well and the AC unit worked great. The gentlemen working the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
