Zen Hotel in Athens

the hotel was a letdown! The staff can't speak English and is very unfriendly. We reserved a room with a jacuzzi, but got another one on the first day. The room was dirty and the springs on the bed were broken.
The next day we got the room with a jacuzzi, which unfortunately didn't look like the photos. The internet didn't work, when we said the next morning we'd check out (although we paid for it daily and not all of it) the lady said angrily that it didn't work who would clean it now. She then gave us 2 minutes to leave the room.
We had to get breakfast from another hotel, although it said that you could even get it in your room.

Worst hotel ever and very rude staff especially one particular woman staff!!
Next to construction site so don't expect to sleep after 7am!
Bad management and just avoid
Keep shouting, yelling and cursing to customers and think they are superior than paying customers. Try to charge for simple things like a mini bottle of water
Not staying anymore

There was no hot water for the jacuzzi so I didn't enjoy our stay. There was also no coffee provided. The employee said he didn't know and it was better to order from outside. The view from the room was of houses across the street. The TV isn't smart so we couldn't order anything else.

So glad we only stayed there for one night. The staff does not speak English. The price on the website does not correspond to reality. A hot tub is just a joke. After they started collecting water, they realized that it was not airtight. We were moved to another room (cheaper), on the morning of the eviction, I asked for a refund, to which I heard "I don't understand what you expect from me." After a few minutes of discussion, I was "thrown" 20 euros on the table with a clearly displeased expression on his face. I do not recommend staying at this place.

We visited it with my wife for one night to relax just for the provision of the hot tub it had.
As soon as we activated the safety of the hydromassage which was closed on the panel as we obviously understood that it was closed, dirt appeared all over the area of ​​the bathtub as a result of which we did not enter for even a second apparently due to hygiene issues.... We called the gentleman at the reception and he told us, after seeing how dirty the tub was, that it would all be sorted in the morning referring to the cost of the room.
In the morning the lady at the reception told us that it wasn't their fault what happened and we told her it wasn't ours either and she mentioned a sinkhole connected to the hot tub. All we wanted was a refund of how much for the hot tub which was not done never denied it.Therefore we are not going to go back to this particular hotel my as they behaved unacceptable !!!!
