Nice stay for the second time. Great location, nice staff and the parking is a big plus. The hotel is clean and the rooms large. It could do with a few cosmetic improvements and refurbishment but the ratio quality/price is one of the best. The breakfast is ok, not the main asset but the staff really kind.

We arrived late at night and in the room were snacks and small bottle of wine which was a perfect way to end the evening after a long flight! Room was clean, breakfast had many food choices and the staff was cheerful. Woke up to a bit of rain and they had umbrellas to take on our tour Athens. Volly and Larry

It reminded me of a Motel 6. It was a bed and a bathroom with a broken chair at the desk. You cannot take a shower without getting the whole bathroom wet and the toilet is up against the side wall.

We got to the hotel early and the front desk accommodated my husband and I by allowing us to check in early so we can rest. The hotel is near the cruise terminals which was also convenient. Overall, we had a great stay before our cruise.

Pros: clean. Bed comfortable. Good lighting and outlets in the room. Cons: No shampoo or Conditioner. 1 bathtowel for 2 persons? 1 Welcome bottle of water in the fridge.

Good location but it a bit old. But reasonable price, and dinner is good though.

Although a simple room, it was clean and well maintained. Very helpful and friendly staff. We ate in the hotel both dinner and breakfast. Good food, great value and very hospitable service. Breakfast wasn’t included in our stay, but was well with it. It is an excellent location for cruisers as it is within a simple walk to the port.

Good place to stay pré-cruise and even post-cruise. Located a 15 minute walk from the Diminko Theater Metro station (Line 3 direct from airport - 9€) and 15 minute walk to the port of Piraeus. It’s basic, but clean and pleasant staff. I would recommend it!

Very nice. Arrived following cruise at 10am (check in wasn’t until 2/3pm) and they had our room ready and waiting. They were kind, provided water bottle and taxi for airport following morning.

The room is clean, air conditioning nice and cold. Breakfast is great for the price. Stayed the night before a cruise, very good location close to the port.

The service was good and the place was clean. It's perfect for staying the night before or after boarding or disembarking a ship. My only complaint is that there was no hair dryer.

This is a nice hotel with a lot of character. The Veranda bar overlooks the ocean and has a very pleasant atmosphere. There is a beach across the street and a grocery store next door. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is old, I changed several rooms, all except the rooms with a sea view have a stale smell of old age, breakfasts are like Groundhog Day every day, the same thing, they don't even change the omelette to fried eggs. The only plus is the first line and if the room has a sea view, the view is amazing, especially sunsets and sunrises

Excellent location, great sea view hotel, you can enjoy the view from the balcony. The hotel and facilities are old and the breakfast is average.

The address is very good. It's on the edge of the port and very close to the seaside. It's very comfortable to take a walk and drink coffee. You can see the life of the locals and stay away from the bustling urban area.

Loved this place. Old school place with great vibes. A family business with great people.

Stayed one night after getting the ferry and before getting a flight home. Not far from the port or the metro. Good breakfast

It's a great budget hotel close to the 9th pier. Lively neighborhood, close to shops and restaurants at the square.

Location is very good it gives you access to the whole city and there is a metro nearby takes to the airport directly. The services are great and people working there are friendly and very welcoming the rooms are good and equipped with necessary things and cleanliness is good

Spacious rooms with city views, properly equipped with the needs of any tourist. Cleaning and refrigerator supplied daily with plain water. I liked that very much!

The room was adequate but small and the bathroom was uncomfortably small. The toilet space and shower were a very tight fit. The balcony was massive. The bed was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ok, warm and cold food although great bread selection. Staff were pleasant.

There was a struck when I was there. Hotel staff was very nice to provide the struck information and help to arrange the transportation. 👍 I will recommend

Very convenient hotel in a great location right next to the piraeus port. Great for an overnight stay to take the ferry in the morning. The front desk is open at all hours which is very helpful for late flights or early ferries.

The room with balcony was great. The staff is friendly and helpful. I was not impressed with breakfast, but the lady that works, is very kind. The rooms are clean and smell good. I was on the fifth floor so, I had a beautiful view. I will surely come here again.

Close to the pier...the facilities are not very complete. It can barely stay for one night. It should be a relatively cost-effective hotel by the pier. The service attitude of the hotel staff is very good.

We arrived before midnight however we had been given all the instructions to gain access in case we arrived after reception closed, the lady at reception was lovely very welcoming and friendly and knowledgeable. It was a great location. It was two blocks from the Port, close to food options. The bathroom was very small. The shower was Old and mould stains. The vanity had water stains and the toilet...

Our stay was not the most pleasant, at night we realized that the room had bedbugs, the next day we reported it and they changed our room, in the new room the air conditioning did not work and it was an oven, and we are not talking about the type of establishment downstairs with the speakers all night in the middle of the street, the noise is horrendous, if we add the bedbugs and the air conditioning...

This hotel is a disaster. Booked a quadruple room and given a twin without double bed. Non apologetic. Noisy as hell - there was a hard rock festival outside the hotel from 11pm until 9 am. Didn’t sleep. Please, if you respect yourself, don’t book this hotel.

Great value for money hotel in Athens! Close to Piraeus port! Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Very clean and comfortable. You get the feeling that is definitely created by travelers for travelers!!! Highly recommended!

Very friendly staff. Room was suprisingly nice (excellent for 2-star hotel and this price). Towels and shampoo included. Small disadvantage is that second floor is under reconstruction but nothing that worsened our stay. I recommend this hotel (price/what you get), especially for college students.

This in not a fancy hotel by any means, but it is safe, clean and convenient to the port. There was a coffee shop across the street that we got coffee and pastries for breakfast. Small rooms- very basic but served our purpose.

A convenient hotel for one or two nights to help meeting ferry timetables. They tend to leave early and come back later, so it's nice to be close. Well priced and decent rooms. I've stayed there a few times

Don't expect too much, basic hotel. Friendly staff. We were taking the 7:30am ferry so this is an excellent choice to spend the night before travelling to the islands.

First time a 3 star hotel has good quality reception and is clean! Although a bit simple, has a very good location and helpful people. Didn’t matter that it was a bit small as we only stayed for two nights as we missed a flight. Also, my whole mood changed, thanks to Coco the parrot!

Good facilities and friendly staff even taught me a bit of Greek :)

Quite nice and basic hotel for the price. Right next to the Piraeus harbour and thus very convenient if you are leaving early or coming to town late. The AC in the room was not the most silent one but did its work. The street noise was not too loud on Monday/Tuesday night.

It is not fancy but it was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. I might suggest a microwave oven would be a good idea.

Host very helpful and reactive. Help us quickly for the bag after a cruise so we can go and explore. Wakable from the cruise ship terminal but a bit of slope. Then we ask to organize an airport transfert and all was done and easy. 900 m from the metro and the walk even at night felt secure.

The location and price are the advantages of this property. You are close to the marinas and several restaurants. The room was very basic. It could have used some upgrades in the lighting and electric outlets available. We did enjoy the feel of staying in a local Greek neighborhood and not in a city hotel. We felt very safe in the area even when walking at nigjht.

Room itselt was increibly spacious and clean. Main issues were the wifi wasnt working and in turn the app to open the doors, it's relatively minor but needing to put in an 8 digit code for access 3 separate times is frustrating. Lift could also do with an update. Someone had left a door ajar further up so it wouldnt work. Overall, a good place in a convenient location within Pireaus.
