The shower was ridiculous. It was literally 2 square feet in a corner with a curtain.
Restaurant service was very sub par. It was hard to get service and when you did, once the food was delivered, you had to hunt them down for another drink, the bill, etc.
Breakfast is average but needs to be replenished more often. Hot food becomes cold.
Front desk was great.
Ashtrays on outdoor tables need to be cleaned and emptied regularly.
Cons: No shampoo or Conditioner. 1 bathtowel for 2 persons? 1 Welcome bottle of water in the fridge.
But reasonable price, and dinner is good though.
The room was scrupiously clean, the staff friendly and efficient. I don't usually post big reviews but this place deserves it, they care about the guests in a very personal way, not experienced with the big chains. Thank-you Savoy.
