Best Hotels in Piraeus

We had no idea how to use the air-con. We had a good view, the complementary drinks and snacks were a lovely touch! The breakfast was good, the waiters were lovely, efficient service if you needed anything

Despite having many guests on short stays waiting ferries they maintained great level of service. Very Covid aware but with quiet efficiency not overbearing. Fantastic location if u want to be in Piraeus

We booked this hotel as a package, a cheap one, for a quick last minute getaway. As you can see in the pictures the bathroom was ridden with drain flies and mould in the grout

Good value for money. Room is spacious and clean. Near to the port and metro station.

The bathroom was quite good, clean, and provided everything needed for hassle-free and enjoyable use (three types of shampoo for hair and body, lotion, bathroom slippers, clean and relatively new towels, cotton swabs, etc

Excellent central location, convenient for port departures,. Friendly people. Room looks bit dated.

Great location, nice staff and the parking is a big plus. The hotel is clean and the rooms large. It could do with a few cosmetic improvements and refurbishment but the ratio quality/price is one of the best

Dinner as recommended from our waiter! Omg Greek salad with the absolute best olive oil and feta we have ever tasted. The main course was foodie heaven

Good location but it a bit old. But reasonable price, and dinner is good though.

Pros: clean. Bed comfortable. Good lighting and outlets in the room. Cons: No shampoo or Conditioner. 1 bathtowel for 2 persons? 1 Welcome bottle of water in the fridge.

We arrived late at night and in the room were snacks and small bottle of wine which was a perfect way to end the evening after a long flight! Room was clean, breakfast had many food choices and the staff was cheerful

From the attendant that open the elevator door to the prompt ,room service. Bottle of wine delivered with beautiful big glasses. Complimentary nuts and chocolate. Spectacular sunset from our balcony

There are also some worthwhile sights nearby in Piraeus itself and the hotel serves as a great base for beach lovers with tram stops to the Athens Riviera a few minutes away All in all this hotel provided us with an excellent and enjoyable stay, offering very good value for money and we would recommend it

The room was both functional and comfortable and afforded plenty of space for us both. This and the ensuite with excellent "rain shower" were modern, stylish, spacious and well maintained

Clean hotel, right next to the port. Attached restaurant is excellent (where they serve breakfast). Luggage storage is available. Taxi pickup right in front of entrance.

Convenient location, very good breakfast. We had dinner here, the food were very well prepared and testy. Good value.

We received The most wonderful welcome, friendly attentive staff, delicious reasonable priced food and the roof top bar had incredible 360 degree views. Great choice of bars and restaurants close by with a lovely vibe

The Alex - A Hidden Gem in Athens! Our stay at The Alex in Piraeus, just a 30-minute drive from Athens Airport, was an absolute delight! Despite being located slightly away from the hustle of Athens, this hotel's strategic position made it a mere 15-minute journey to major attractions like the Acropolis, Monastiraki Square, etc

The beat place we’ve stayed in the area. The service is amazing - very welcoming staff accept you when you arrived, offering a welcoming drink on the rooftop

The room is well arranged and attendant every day, well maintained. Especially when you wake up early for a breakfast on the roof when the sunshines

Been coming to Greece for over 30 years, The Alex is the best hotel I've been to here. Visited once in 2022 and a second time in 2023, can guarantee I'll be staying here again when I'm back later on in 2024

The area is great to either walk around and explore; but now it is a 5m taxi into the center, or about 10m away to catch your boat. Can't recommend The Alex highly enough, this accommodation is supreme

The services are great and people working there are friendly and very welcoming the rooms are good and equipped with necessary things and cleanliness is good

Location is very good it gives you access to the whole city and there is a metro nearby takes to the airport directly

Only four stars for two reasons: 1. The person that welcomed us was frankly unfriendly. Located on a boulevard which means it’s loud. In November, good price for value

Stayed one night after getting the ferry and before getting a flight home. Not far from the port or the metro. Good breakfast

We arrived and greeted by a pleasant front desk guy. We got a room over the street, but the doors to the outside balcony are good, so you don't hear the noises of the street

Spacious rooms with city views, properly equipped with the needs of any tourist. Cleaning and refrigerator supplied daily with plain water. I liked that very much!

Lovely, modernized hotel in heart of Pirareus. Our balcony was huge- big enough for multiple chairs, two loungers, and tables. The free breakfast was delicious and quite ample- eggs, sausages, pastries, etc

There was a struck when I was there. Hotel staff was very nice to provide the struck information and help to arrange the transportation. 👍 I will recommend

Very convenient hotel in a great location right next to the piraeus port. Great for an overnight stay to take the ferry in the morning

The front desk is open at all hours which is very helpful for late flights or early ferries

It is not fancy but it was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. I might suggest a microwave oven would be a good idea.

Someone had left a door ajar further up so it wouldnt work. Overall, a good place in a convenient location within Pireaus

Host very helpful and reactive. Help us quickly for the bag after a cruise so we can go and explore. Wakable from the cruise ship terminal but a bit of slope

Then we ask to organize an airport transfert and all was done and easy. 900 m from the metro and the walk even at night felt secure
