Upon entry we thought the decor was lovely, service was great as well. However the rooms are average The walls are thin, found it very noisy from hallway noise. Couldn’t call this a 5 star hotel at all. Be wary of room descriptions… my “sea view” room look at three buildings and faced neither Aegean or Mediterranean Sea. Instead of you stand on the balcony and lean over and look directly left you get a small glimpse of see its misleading. Breakfast buffet is a joke. You can’t get fresh juice, you can’t get a barista made coffee, you can’t even get a seat...

Hotel is well located close to all major attractions in Athens. Lovely breakfast in morning and staff are welcoming and attentive. Unfortunately there is sewerage smell as soon as you come out of lifts and it’s present in some rooms as well.

Get ready to welcome not such a presentable district of Athens as you can expect. It’s not like Sintagma where all fashionable hotels and restaurants are located. Anyway the hotel is literally close to the railway station and a few metro stations. Also u can just walk 10 mins and reach National Archeological Museum (never miss it cuz u’ll find there lots of things to explore about Ancient Greece).

The hotel is located in a walking distance from the Acropolis which is helpful as a tourist. However since it is situated next door to the market, it tends to be a bit noisy and not so touristy looking. This is the second time I’ve stayed in the Fresh hotel and it is just as great as the first time. The decor and amenities are second to none and it has such a cool vibe about it. The rooms are spacious and well equipped and the air conditioning is great on hot days. The rooftop pool are is fantastic although it can get quite busy and people tend to hold the loungers for a long time which is a bit annoying...

Really nice hotel. Excellent restaurant with roof top pool. Lots of room to lay out and enjoy the quiet 9 floors above street level. Room was adequate, bathroom was smallish. Elevators are quite small. Difficult to fit 2 people with cruise (read large) suitcases. Reasonable price. Would definitely be recommend.

I hosted a conference for 40 people at the hotel, and couldn't have asked for better service. From the management to the bellhops, everyone working at Fresh Hotel was helpful, kind, and courteous. I gave it a 3 star. We stayed here 2 separate times within 2 weeks. The first time rooms were excellent! Great size, views etc. 2nd time small rooms lots of issues. They finally changed my room. Friends had same issues. So luck of the draw.

Overall the hotel is fine. The food is edible. Good location but not for people who don’t like ants. Ant infested by the pool. Even in the room on the floor I saw some ants too.

Had a great time here. The all-inclusive was definitely worth its price, I wish I was able to stay longer for both the hotel experience and to explore more of the island.
