We had a great room with a private pool which was wonderful - the only downside was it was just above the main hotel restaurant which meant there was often cooking smells wafting sound when you were in the pool (mornings). This hotel offers a shuttle service from and to the airport, the cost is 45€ per route. We booked the shuttle service from the hotel because we arrived late at night. Dinner variations were really good but breakfast was repetitive. Room was nice and had a big balcony. Bathroom light was very dim which i didn’t like. Also the information letter says breakfast until 11 but actually it’s until 10:30, so keep that in mind if you’re staying there. Waiting staff were nice and polite. The pool area was cozy and nice place to kill time.

The service was excellent! The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. However, the hotel has a few major flaws: 1. The photos are misleading! The actual rooms are extremely small. A bed is almost completely full, and if both suitcases are open, there's barely any room to walk. 2. Don't use the hotel's toiletries; the quality is too poor. I suggest bringing your own.

Typical large hotel, everything is fine. It is a good location because the subway is right next door, but it is close to Omonia station, so if you take the wrong road, you can get into trouble. I got my wallet pick-pocketed while trying to transfer at Omonia station.

Great place to stay in the middle of everything! The staff were kind, the beds super comfortable and breakfast was included. There is not parking for the hotel directly but central parking is right in front and is discounted to 8€ (2023) for hotel guests. Overall great hotel!

Very friendly and helpful personnel. The hotel is close to the Marina and other interesting places to visit. The area to visit in Crete is small. So everything is close. The rooms were clean. The single room is good and has enough space. The advantage is that it is not far from all the scenic spots, but the disadvantage is that the house is old and the wireless network signal is average.

Their beach is round stones you literally can't walk on. The breakfast is amazing but other meals should be avoided. None of their pools were heated so very disappointed. There are better places.

This is the worst hotel in Greece from Athens all the way to Heraklion in Crete to Chania. If you were in a three-star hotel for 1,000 a night, I would think you were pretty good, but if you said that you were in a five-star hotel for 2,400 a night, I would find it ridiculous. Stayed here on a 3 day work trip. Easy to find if your driving. Off street parking via a steep ramp down into a car lift for 10 euros a day. Well appointed room , I was on the 3rd floor, nice very big balcony and a 65" TV .

Recommendations: The pricing for the transportation services could be adjusted to more realistic rates. The transfer to Oia in a distance of 1,8km cannot be charged for €20 (over €10/km). Our stay was pleasant. The hotel has a nice location. The breakfast was average. We were rejected to leave our luggages for safekeeping on our last day. Loved our loft with private pool. Since it was early October the pool was not as warm as we would have wanted, but still usable on sunny days. Room was lovely, I'm personally not a big fan of the open space bathrooms - so keep that in mind when you book. Area around has plenty of restaurants and shops, plus you can walk to the beach.

Room was lovely but the hottub baths shower was leaking which gave some moisture issues. Was also a shock to see no duvet and only a sheet. They leave the duvet in the room but there’s no duvet cover for it.

In great location, 5m walking distance to the beach and the town just step away. Hotel is very beautiful with elegance touch but daily room service doesn’t maintain the standards , room is not clean enough , with empty toiletries etc
