Very friendly and helpful personnel. The hotel is close to the Marina and other interesting places to visit. The area to visit in Crete is small. So everything is close. The rooms were clean. The only thing that was not working was the bathroom ventilation. But I guess it can be fixed easily. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at the apartment on top - spacious place incuding a huge terasse with stunning view.It looks exactly like in the pictures!The location is also the best we would want - next to several beachbars,the aquarium and just a stroll away from the harbour and the old town.The staff were friendly and helpful.The breakfast-all we needed.There is a great tavern downstairs also!

Anna and her staff were amazing. She welcomed us with open arms as though we were family. We enjoyed the homemade mousaka and pasticcio, salads, wine, and dessert at her Greek night. Strategic location, close to Cora but also to the port. Spacious, complete rooms, all with a terrace overlooking the sea, some with a Jacuzzi. The breakfast served on the terrace is truly the best with sweet, savory, eggs, cakes, fruit, juices, omelettes, espresso, and every day something new. The staff were so friendly and couldnt do enough for you. The location is spot on; with beautiful views from the rooftop restaurant at breakfast. Although it isnt open for lunch or dinner, we used it a few times bringing in our own food, it was lit up beautifully for christmas.
