What a fabulous two night stay. I got a room upgrade for my IHG status and we were on the Premier 9th floor. With a dedicated lift and amazing views. The staff were attentive and the piano 🎹 evenings wonderful

All aspects were taken care of by their professional team. Breakfast was very good, a lot of options. Although their hardware, like furnitures, were like 20+ years old

TV not working properly, bath drain blocked, furniture broken, etc. I hope they can plan a renovation soon! The hotel is easy to access

The new refurbished rooms are top standard compared to the other InterContinental's I've stayed at. The pool was too cold to use, but was October

The service was excellent, the staff very professional and courteous, and the event space on the 6th floor — with its terrace overlooking the Acropolis — was truly stunning

George at concierge went above and beyond to help us, and we were even pleasantly surprised with an upgrade, which made our stay feel extra special

The hotel is fantastic for families with children. There are plenty of activities, including a water park, slides in the pools, and afternoon and evening entertainment

Ever time we asked for a dish we got it, even if they had to go out of their way to prepare. They were absolutely superb and we are sure to take that into consideration next year when we look for a place to vacate

Very big verity of food and beverages served along to day, presented on the dining halls with explanations. Great 'Kids food' corner with everything kids love. Very pleasant stuff on dining halls

It is very classic and vintage inside the room! But hotel reception and doorman are very thoughtful and helpful on every guilde to everyone! Breakfast is amazing for traveller like me must wake up by good food’! So It is definitely a standard of 5 star and the location surround by great local cuisines with reasonable price! If you come for city walk for short! This hotel is the best of choice!

What made a big difference was the staff of the hotel. Very helpful and really polite at all times. They helped me a lot with a lot of tips about the local area and what the best choices were for me

Hotel was very good and location of the hotel too! There was small problem that I come early in the morning at 4:30 am. Wanted to pay for early check in

The breakfast and room service food were delicious, and the rooftop pool offered an amazing view. There were also many great restaurants nearby. Staying here for a week felt just as comfortable as being at home

Having the musicians walk between the boxes with the mic in their hand to change the song is absolutely unprofessional and id really suggest to hire a trained audio engineer or replace the current as all of this is not a professional setup and it could be fixed quite easily without many costs

Very clean and grounds beautiful and well maintained. Could have done with extra blankets as option in cooler months. Better signage would be helpful on such a large complex to find way around easier

A lot of space for everyone in and around the pools for adults and children. This time we preferred to stay at one of the spacious beaches, also convenient for families, were we could enjoy the sun and bathing

There always seems to be space - a sun lounger on the beach or by the pool, or a table on the terrace. Plenty of exercise and animation options but it's not in your face if you want to avoid them

The pools are incredible - the largest is 50m long and there's plenty of space for people to relax, play and get their laps in

Ambivalent: restaurant staff are helpful once you realise that the cadence of service is relaxed, and you have to look like you want their attention. Package holiday transfers can be quite long

Very nice hotel, the food was great, there were plenty of dining options, and the pool and beach were very clean. Jet skiing was on our agenda, but unfortunately, we didn't find it.

Travel agent recommended this hotel, has a pool and breakfast at rooftop that can see Acropolis. It's a bit far from the historical centre which was hard to walk to in the heat of summer

Staff were great although the bar staff were always stretched resulting in long queues. Water park area is fantastic. The option of an indoor pool in low season also great if the weather is not great

Beach area is amazing and so are the never ending pool options. The kids club looked great although our kids were probably on the older side so didn’t participate

The best hotel I've ever been to. The staff are welcoming and attentive. The hotel is sublime. It's a feast for the eyes. The atmosphere is great. I highly recommend it.

i would have liked more entertainment ( during the day and night) so i could come next time with my teenagers kids next time, but this is what make this place extra quiet

They took care of us like family. Especially the beach bar staff were #1. We were with a large group of friends and they were so attentive and added a lot of laughter and fun to our experience

Great hotel! Great location, coffee food and cocktails! Room was always cleaned, breakfast is okay! Only thing is the pool is always so busy, very hard to get a seat at times. But would stay again regardless :)

Staff was friendly and on the ball, quick service with a smile. Setting is stunning on the rooftop pool deck, and about an 8 minute walk to Monastaraki square with good things to see along the way

We stayed a week at the Stanley and enjoyed every minute of it. The rooftop pool is spectacular and the views are amazing. The hotel is centrally located with several good restaurants nearby

We loved the rooftop bar and swimming pool and although we didn't use the restaurant, the food coming out looked lovely and it was always busy, the bonus being a great view of the Acropolis

Reception / customer service staff nothing too much trouble. Can be difficult to get beds by the pool so head to the beach. The beach staff personify our experience which was service with a smile

We split our time between the pool and the beach. At the beginning of the holiday, sunbeds by the pool were rarely reserved and it was easy to get a bed with a parasol at 9/930am

It is a good hotel deliciaus food, super nice people, everything is perfect. Especially the staff take care of everything very nicely and smiled the whole week.

It should be noted that staff did find beds for people who asked when they couldn't find any themselves - this often resulted in towels being removed from unused beds

The main salt water pool is very deep - at least 2m all the way around except for one small area of steps and a platform within the pool which you’re able to sit on

The quality of breakfast is a little bit worse, and the dinner is expensive but the taste is average. However, compared with the surrounding hotels, the overall rating of this hotel is still very cost-effective

The hotel also includes a complimentary breakfast buffet, with many delicious options (including some local Greek specialities). Due to the short length of our stay, we did not use any of the other hotel’s amenities

It has a very nice location and scenery! It takes only 10 minutes to walk to the Acropolis and other attractions in the market center. It is very convenient for food, clothing, housing and transportation

Electra Metropolis exceeded all expectations. Our room was beautiful, with a wrap-around balcony - with two olive trees and unbelievable views

Some employees have a very good service attitude, and I gave them a lot of tips. I would like to stay here next time I come to Athens

The hotel was beautiful, in a great location near the Acropolis as well as many restaurants, bars, and other historical sites

Lots of towels, robes and slippers. Very nice sized frig and housekeeping was very good. For qualifying members, food and service was terrific daily

If you do the: hop on hop off busses,as we are there is a stop in front for the 2 main companies (we prefer the big bus brand) If you're going to Athens, the Athens Marriott is a nice place to come home to after a full day of being a tourist

The Athens Marriott is a beautiful hotel, but what truly makes it unforgettable is the service and staff. From the moment I arrived, Mary Ann went above and beyond to make me feel welcome

The Athens Marriott has an excellent location—right in the middle of everything. The hotel offers valet parking, the rooms are clean, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast has a good variety of options

The rooms were comfortable, stylish, spacious and immaculate; the lobby bar was perfect for a beverage and snack; the spa and pool area are beautiful; and the rooftop restaurant had a choice of a more casual outdoor dining area or elegant indoor seating

The restaurant and bar staff are so amazing and welcoming it was such a bonus to staying here!! The food was great the drinks were superb and delicious I can’t say enough positive things about Sofitel @ Athens airport! I am so grateful for you all and making my stay that much better!

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we were welcomed with the utmost courtesy. The reception staff greeted us warmly, and the service attendant provided a thorough explanation of our room

Overall, it was a memorable experience. Note that the hotel is steps away from the airport and nearby metro stop (which can take you to the Port of Piraeus or various points in Athens)

I noticed while dining that there were local Greeks meeting there to dine and thought this to be extraordinary for an airport hotel. Absolutely a 5 Star experience overall

The hotel is in an ideal location. But I would never call this a 5 star hotel the toilet was dirty the swimming pool was small. For 5 stars i expected alot more

One of the authentic hotels in crete island. It was built in 1964 originally. Hotel staffs are friendly and professional. Only weak point is GYM 🏋️‍♀️ facilities. Relatively small and lack of machines

Smell from the gym is not good

However once we got to the hotel they told us that they have one but only a very very small one, basically they refused our car and told us to park it somewhere else

Honest decent hotel but definitely doesnt deserve 5 stars, would not go there again

The hotel has complete facilities and beautiful environment. It is close to the sea. It was windy and cold in Athens these two days, so I couldn't go to the beach. It's a pity. I will stay here in the summer.

Returned to vacation at Stella Palace after two years, the vacation as usual was perfect, we arrived 3 families with children who were in the water park all day. Always treats of ice cream and soft drinks around the pool

We recently celebrated my 40th birthday at Stella Palace with my family and our friends' family, and it was a truly fantastic experience. The hotel has a great atmosphere and is perfect for a group getaway

The dining room is large and luxurious, there is plenty to eat for everyone from adults to children. The water park is huge and there are facilities for everyone

As the kids had great time we as a couple could just relax. Waterpark was well staff as well. Definitely see me and family going back

The kids, and the adults, loved the impressive water park. While the double tube floats were in short supply at times, it didn't stop us from having a blast

We chose a room on the 7th floor overlooking the central square and the Greek Parliament. From my room, I could clearly see the Acropolis and Panathinaiko stadium. The hotel is old-fashioned so the room is not spacious

It was very nice, as expected of a first-class hotel with a long history. It's located in Syntagma Square in the center of Athens, so it was convenient to go anywhere.

I stayed on the 7th floor, below the restaurant, so at night the sound of tables and chairs being moved kept me awake

Premises and location were excellent. Room was spacious and immaculate, as you would expect. The thing which was disconcerting, however, was that staff morale seemed very low throughout our stay

The suite was stunning with our own private pool which was a great size with patio area

Just back from a few days here, it was a great trip, before we arrived I reached out to the hotel as had a few questions, Matthew kindly answered them and was very helpful

Upon arrival we were shown to our suite, the hotel had gone above and beyond with providing champagne, chocolate cake and towel swans with fresh flowers laid out for us

The whole resort was great and clean, with towel available for sun beds. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone

There is a shop on site and also over the road which was handy, the only downside but nothing the resort can do about it is the transfer from airport took 2 hours which was long after a days travel

The best solo trip I have been on. Staff are so friendly and welcoming and really go out of their way for you. Loved the 8am morning yoga sessions and the teachers were excellent. The pool and amenities were amazing

The staff talked us through all the essentials when we arrived and helped us to our room via golf cart. We stayed in a sea view room which also overlooked the lower pool and the room was split over two floors

It was a very modern space with plenty of room and a balcony. We had no issues with noise either. The pool bar snacks were great, with fruit pots and fresh rolls each day, there were also crepes and waffles

The property was absolutely breathtaking! It sat on the side of a cliff and was beyond beautiful. All the stuff were incredibly friendly. I've stayed in dozens of all inclusive resorts and this one takes the cake!

The manager found us on our last night and gave us a bottle of their own Prosecco, which was a very nice gesture. For anyone in the market for this kind of stay, I would definitely recommend this resort

Beautiful resort, amazing customer service. The Oceana restaurant (the only one with any availability the week we were there, one slot @8:30pm) was only ok, I think the buffet was better
