Our stay was pleasant. The hotel has a nice location. The breakfast was average. We were rejected to leave our luggages for safekeeping on our last day. The staff is extremely helpful! Everything was taken care of. I had to switch rooms in middle of my stay as I extended my trip and they moved my stuff from one room to another while I was out so it was a seamless transition. Location is absolutely perfect. We had the best experience in this boutique hotel near Aridaia village. The location is perfect, in the middle of the mountains and hills, and the right place for the cooler seasons. It's a hotel with italian administration. Its days of glory have long passed. The premises are from 70s or 80s. If you found it in a low prise (we paid 30€ per night in mid August- breakfast included) then it will be a value for money choice. Otherwise try to find something better.

Breakfast 8-10 but bacon eggs and beans are at best lukewarm and no microwave to heat them up and that is at 8 o'clock the orange juice is dilute orange. Plenty of sunbeds round the pool and bed reserving. The bus timetable to laganos is waste of time as they do not stick to time we often waited 1 and half hours for one to come. The taxis are a joke as it costs 10 euro for a 3 minute journey either...

My friend and I stayed here at the Serenity Luxury Boutique Hotel Agrilia and it was such a lovely hotel and great location! The room was lovely and clean, it also had the essentials you may need! As well as the pool being a lovely place to relax during the day and there is a bar in the reception which you can take refreshing drinks out in the sun! Great location, nearby Laganas main road. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is a small hotel and kinda quiet, nice hotel if you want to rest on your vacations. I had a really lovely time here! The location was really nice. You're close to very many things most people want to see on Zakynthos and close to many restaurants, shows and super markets. They clean often. And the people that work here are also very kind. I would recommand going to this place!! Greets Nienke
