Stayed 2 nights here, in general speaking it's good. If the staffs are more proactive to help with luggage would be the best. Room is a bit old style but bigger enough. And u can see the acropolis through room windows

All aspects were taken care of by their professional team. Breakfast was very good, a lot of options. Although their hardware, like furnitures, were like 20+ years old

The service was excellent, the staff very professional and courteous, and the event space on the 6th floor — with its terrace overlooking the Acropolis — was truly stunning

Service is definitely best in class I must say! Special shoutout to Elleni, Eleftheria and Agni from the Club Lounge, thank you for being so personal and endearing to remember my requests

Every aspect of our stay, from check-in to dining to the rooftop experience, was exceptional. The team really made us feel valued and looked after. We can’t wait to return to InterContinental Athens!

I recently attended a corporate event at the InterContinental Athenaeum Athens by IHG. I didn’t stay overnight, so I can’t comment on the rooms, but the hotel itself made a strong impression

Very big verity of food and beverages served along to day, presented on the dining halls with explanations. Great 'Kids food' corner with everything kids love. Very pleasant stuff on dining halls

We got some snacks from different bars by the pools and they were good also. The wok-bar was a nice and different thing, really enjoyed it. Beach is quite small but it was still nice

I must write specifically the cheff Giorgos Skoulikaris and su cheff Manouiswho assisted us greatly with Gluten free dishes for our kid

The food was generally varied and tasty – we especially enjoyed the Cretan restaurant, which was excellent. The only slight disappointment was the Asian restaurant, which did not meet our expectations

It is very classic and vintage inside the room! But hotel reception and doorman are very thoughtful and helpful on every guilde to everyone! Breakfast is amazing for traveller like me must wake up by good food’! So It is definitely a standard of 5 star and the location surround by great local cuisines with reasonable price! If you come for city walk for short! This hotel is the best of choice!

What made a big difference was the staff of the hotel. Very helpful and really polite at all times. They helped me a lot with a lot of tips about the local area and what the best choices were for me

Hotel was very good and location of the hotel too! There was small problem that I come early in the morning at 4:30 am. Wanted to pay for early check in

But they told me it’s too early to do that and I should wait!till 9 am 🙄 later on they helped me with early check in. But it put minus for such good hotel

The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially this lovely lady Miss Xenia who helped me split my day tour into two days according to my flight schedule

In cooler season patio heaters in restaurant would be good as sometimes indoor area full and can be chilly in the early morning or evening sittings

The summer in the UK was basically non existent this year and we desperately needed some sunshine and warmth. Upon arrival at around midnight we were greeted with sandwiches and smiles by reception

Very clean and grounds beautiful and well maintained. Could have done with extra blankets as option in cooler months. Better signage would be helpful on such a large complex to find way around easier

The food; vegetables, fish, meat, cheese, fruit and desserts are excellent with a selection that should make it possible for everyone, even the youngest, to be satisfied

Especially we would like to thank Athina, Despina and Aldrin, Nikki and Marwin for excellent service during breakfast and dinner

The public toilets don't smell good (I think this is just a thing in Greece as you have to bin not flush any used toilet paper)

All in all we enjoyed every Minute. We think it‘s a good idea to change to adult friendly next Season. Wish all the best for all of you

Hotel is good. Area is not the best but right next to metro so easy to get around. Good value for money but don’t expect 5 star hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

We spent 3 nights in Athens at the Wyndham. Reception was friendly, the hotel is clean with an excellent view of the Parthenon on the rooftop. The service at the restaurant was fantastic and the food was so delicious

It should be the best hotel in the east of the island. There are more than a dozen tennis courts. Friends who like tennis highly recommend this place

Awesome place Fantastisk hotell. It was like staying in a little village, they had everything inside the perimeter. shops, outdoor activities, playgrounds pools for the kids. Beautiful view to the sunset/sunrise

Fantastic facilities and great options for all ages. Food quality is fantastic and the main restaurant has themed nights to keep it varied. Most of the food is also cooked fresh in open kitchens which is great

Staff were great although the bar staff were always stretched resulting in long queues. Water park area is fantastic. The option of an indoor pool in low season also great if the weather is not great

The best hotel I've ever been to. The staff are welcoming and attentive. The hotel is sublime. It's a feast for the eyes. The atmosphere is great. I highly recommend it.

again super nice staff, good alchool selection ( not only cheap stuff), good food

They took care of us like family. Especially the beach bar staff were #1. We were with a large group of friends and they were so attentive and added a lot of laughter and fun to our experience

i would have liked more entertainment ( during the day and night) so i could come next time with my teenagers kids next time, but this is what make this place extra quiet

Even though the hotel is an older one, service was excellent - the staff was very attentive and friendly. Breakfast and coffee were excellent and the rooftop view was a fabulous one

Stayed for 3 nights after a NCL cruise. Room was clean, comfortable and had complimentary cold beers, waters, red wine and coffee machine waiting. Staff speak good English and are always helpful, cheerful and friendly

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was absolutely superb. We also did dinner each night at the sweet basil/cloud 9. It was delicious and the staff were some of the best

Great hotel! Great location, coffee food and cocktails! Room was always cleaned, breakfast is okay! Only thing is the pool is always so busy, very hard to get a seat at times. But would stay again regardless :)

Staff was friendly and on the ball, quick service with a smile. Setting is stunning on the rooftop pool deck, and about an 8 minute walk to Monastaraki square with good things to see along the way

Mitsis Ramira is the best hotel I've stayed at. The whole experience is incredible. The room surprised me in how spacious it was and how clean it is

The beach and beach bar were fantastic and the staff down there incredibly helpful and friendly. Bezhad never stopped and always checked that we had everything we needed - he is an absolute asset to this hotel

We split our time between the pool and the beach. At the beginning of the holiday, sunbeds by the pool were rarely reserved and it was easy to get a bed with a parasol at 9/930am

As our time went on, beds started to be reserved earlier despite signs saying that beds could not be reserved and items would be removed, which we did see a couple of times

Some employees have a very good service attitude, and I gave them a lot of tips. I would like to stay here next time I come to Athens

The quality of breakfast is a little bit worse, and the dinner is expensive but the taste is average. However, compared with the surrounding hotels, the overall rating of this hotel is still very cost-effective

It has a very nice location and scenery! It takes only 10 minutes to walk to the Acropolis and other attractions in the market center. It is very convenient for food, clothing, housing and transportation

The hotel welcomed us with a bottle of champagne as well as a chocolate cake to celebrate our honeymoon, which was a very nice touch

Lots of towels, robes and slippers. Very nice sized frig and housekeeping was very good. For qualifying members, food and service was terrific daily

The Athens Marriott has an excellent location—right in the middle of everything. The hotel offers valet parking, the rooms are clean, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast has a good variety of options

Additionally, non-members were frequently accessing the lounge, which caused issues for the staff during my stay. Overall, a very good stay with room for some improvements in the lounge experience

Beautiful & convenient to Athens Airport. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I enjoyed all the Amenities and the food was Excellent!! Would stay there again!!

The rooms were comfortable, stylish, spacious and immaculate; the lobby bar was perfect for a beverage and snack; the spa and pool area are beautiful; and the rooftop restaurant had a choice of a more casual outdoor dining area or elegant indoor seating

Overall, it was a memorable experience. Note that the hotel is steps away from the airport and nearby metro stop (which can take you to the Port of Piraeus or various points in Athens)

I noticed while dining that there were local Greeks meeting there to dine and thought this to be extraordinary for an airport hotel. Absolutely a 5 Star experience overall

Had a fantastic stay at Sofitel Athens airport. The staff were super easy to deal with, the hotel is beautiful, and the food was great with really generous portions

Smell from the gym is not good

Breakfast was good, decent variety, but the coffee machine wasn't working properly so that was a bummer. Overall, a reliable and enjoyable hotel experience - would recommend and stay again if doing a stopover

Aquila Atlantis Hotel is a solid place to stay in Heraklion - the location is excellent, close to the city center and easy to explore nearby sights and walkable to great food spots

One of the authentic hotels in crete island. It was built in 1964 originally. Hotel staffs are friendly and professional. Only weak point is GYM 🏋️‍♀️ facilities. Relatively small and lack of machines

However once we got to the hotel they told us that they have one but only a very very small one, basically they refused our car and told us to park it somewhere else

The hotel is in an ideal location. But I would never call this a 5 star hotel the toilet was dirty the swimming pool was small. For 5 stars i expected alot more

Stella Palace was the perfect place to celebrate a milestone birthday. We all had an unforgettable time, thanks to the wonderful staff, good food, and fun amenities

The main dining room had a good variety of food, and the clear allergy signs on each dish made it easy for everyone to find something delicious and safe to eat

Excellent service and our meal at the rooftop restaurant was spectacular. Really enjoyed the indoor pool and spa. It had a sauna and four different steam rooms. Was an excellent way to relax after long walking tours

A luxurious hotel, amazing hospitality and service from the reception staff who received and listened to requests for a room change, professional and friendly service at the wonderful and high-quality breakfast, the lobby restaurant staff is professional and helpful

Premises and location were excellent. Room was spacious and immaculate, as you would expect. The thing which was disconcerting, however, was that staff morale seemed very low throughout our stay

We chose a room on the 7th floor overlooking the central square and the Greek Parliament. From my room, I could clearly see the Acropolis and Panathinaiko stadium. The hotel is old-fashioned so the room is not spacious

It was very nice, as expected of a first-class hotel with a long history. It's located in Syntagma Square in the center of Athens, so it was convenient to go anywhere.

I stayed on the 7th floor, below the restaurant, so at night the sound of tables and chairs being moved kept me awake

In addition to the people, the location of the Mirabello Bay Resort adds to the incredible experience - it is truly a beautiful hotel with fantastic views across the bay and the most magical sunrises

Just back from a few days here, it was a great trip, before we arrived I reached out to the hotel as had a few questions, Matthew kindly answered them and was very helpful

You truly feel they all aim to create the best guest experience and prioritise taking care of their guests

Upon arrival we were shown to our suite, the hotel had gone above and beyond with providing champagne, chocolate cake and towel swans with fresh flowers laid out for us

Desserts were brilliant always a large selection, snacks available in various locations around the resort. Drinks were branded and tasted great from cocktails to spirits, you name it they had it or would make it for you

There is a shop on site and also over the road which was handy, the only downside but nothing the resort can do about it is the transfer from airport took 2 hours which was long after a days travel
