Unfortunately, my stay here was far from pleasant. The owner seemed more interested in his drinks than in welcoming guests, and at the slightest inconvenience he would shout like a train. Hospitality was completely missing. The food was poor, the drinks watered down, and breakfast felt more like a bad joke than a proper meal. Definitely not a place I would recommend.

While the hotel itself was decent in terms of facilities, our experience was ruined by the owner’s behavior. Under the influence of alcohol, he entered our room without permission and forced us out, claiming we were being too noisy – something other guests had apparently said. Regardless of the circumstances, it is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel owner or staff member to intrude into a guest’s room. A very unprofessional and disrespectful experience that I cannot recommend.

The hotel might be okay but the receptionist is a total comunist. We would have to drink in front of the hotel instead of staying at a table if we wanted to drink our stuff, even if we bought in the same day stuff from the bar for 100 euros or more. We then went to a room and he came to us screaming again and threatening that he would throw our stuff out if we did not leave the room. He also said that if we buy from other places we should also stay there. Why did we even pay for accommodation then ? He was all interested about reviews but did not take into consideration his behaviour.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was so disappointing that I feel obliged to warn others. The property itself might look decent at first glance, but all of that is overshadowed by the behavior of the owner. From the very beginning, instead of being welcomed as guests, we were treated with rudeness and arrogance. Simple questions were met with sarcasm, and any request for assistance was dismissed as if we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers.

What shocked me most was the lack of basic courtesy. Hospitality should be about making people feel comfortable, yet here the atmosphere was tense and unfriendly, created entirely by the owner’s attitude. It is unacceptable to speak to guests in such a disrespectful tone, and it left us feeling unwelcome for the entire duration of our stay.

Travel should be about enjoying the experience, but this hotel managed to turn what should have been a pleasant time into something stressful and unpleasant. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone. Until management changes its approach and learns what real hospitality means, this hotel does not deserve even a single star.
