I only have the best to say about this cosy and hospitable hotel. I booked a single room with a double bed, for a two day business trip. The room had everything I needed. Very well appointed rooms with all 5 star amenities. Very good breakfast and great dinner place with outstanding food and personalised service. Pools and beach are also great. Service lacks in these areas as the waiters are not proactively around guests but rather the opposite. Kids club was also great and our son loved the attention given by the attendant there. 5 -star hotel but with maximum 3-star services and facilities. You pay ultra all inclusive but the food ends in an hour. you have to ask for plates, forks, napkins. the snacks are the same sandwiches every day and maybe some fruit. Friendly concierge staff and really clean rooms. When I asked about parking For parking the staff directed me to a local car park but whilst walking back I saw that the hotel had its own dedicated parking spots with a free space on the side street beside the hotel… which was a bit confusing. We had a nice renovated room, not overlooking the street. The location is great. near the metro station, but also it is walking distance to all of Thessaloniki sites. 3 and a half would be more realistic Huge hotel, ptofessional receptionists. If the room is free and you are a loyal guest, you can get early check in and late check out. The rooms are refreshed, modern. Brealfast very good but not self-self service. No safe box and kettle in the room but there is on the reception.

The hotel is a little remote and a huge distance from the airport. It is also quite remote from other areas too. That in itself is not a bad thing, but the two restaurants will not consider a change to the plate. We stayed for two night there over weekend and really enjoyed. It is a new fashion style hotel at the heart of the city. Room are indeed a bit on the small size but brand new with modern touch and nice bed. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was included and was very good with variety and quality.
