We stayed for one night, we chose a junior suite that was spacious and with a view of the city. As the hotel is in the city we did not have noise. We enjoyed our breakfast as there was a buffet and a la carte menu of eggs & pancakes.

Fantastic Property From the moment I checked in and throughout my stay, I received excellent service from every member of the staff. I hardly recommend the Excelsior, not only because of the great service, but because of its central location as well. It is close to everything, within walkable distance to all major destinations in Thessaloniki.

We stayed two nights at Metropolitan Hotel (August 21–22) and had a great experience. The reception staff (especially the man at the front desk) was very kind and helpful. The hotel is pet-friendly, and parking with a fee is available about 100m away—safe and convenient. Breakfast had plenty of good options. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

It's bit old, worn and priced accordingly. If you just need a place to sleep and use WIFI, it's fine for that. Not to be confused with the much more modern and upscale Met Hotel a few kilometers away

I was very happy with my room. The service was all very helpful and kind, the restaurant recommendations that they gave me truly improved my visit to Thessaloniki. The breakfast was good overall, but the coffee was quite bad (but there are very nice coffee shops around).

We had a very pleasant stay at your hotel; everything was clean and tidy, the breakfast was always good, and the hotel staff were very friendly. I only have one complaint: the taxi you called for me charged 10 euros for a ride of just 2 kilometers, which doesn’t make much sense. Otherwise, thank you again – we’ll see you next time!

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights. The staff were super friendly and patient. The breakfast was tasty with a decent variety of sweet and savory. Fresh and full of flavor. The room and bathroom was smaller than expected but the bed was super comfortable and our balcony was a good size. Overall very pleased and definitely worth the money for a 3 start hotel. The hotel is very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Our room, bed and bathroom were a bit snug but I chose a standard for 2 ppl, which is fine for 3 day stay. We had a small terrace which was nice. Breakfast is fresh and abundant. Location is perfect, just 5mins walk down to market and all restaurants in the city.

Nice clean room, professional and friendly staff. The only thing is you can’t get food delivered because they have a restaurant. I ordered room service the whole time I was here. The food is great but the menu is limited. If you have dietary restrictions this might not work. Otherwise, I would recommend it.

Nice hôtel. The only downside...there is no parking. You need to go and park your car in a car park and pay. The hotel does NOT offer Free Parking. That is the only downside. Other than that, it's a great hotel and the breakfast has a variety of choices.

The room in the remodeled hotel is rather small in size but quite clean. You can very easily walk to a few nice tourist places such as Roman Forum of Thessaloniki, Holy Church of S. Demetrius, Aristoteles Square.

3.5 is what I'd actually give this place. We have stayed in numerous hotels at Greek beaches. Porfi is certainly better than many. There's just nothing really special about the place. This is a great buy in the middle of the busiest area in Thessaloniki. Astoria is located conveniently in the heart of Pasadena and close to entertainment, food, and many tourist attractions.

A very nice and well-kept hotel, even though it has 3 stars, it is great, in the rooms there is a small TV. Unfortunately, there is no gym, ping pong or anything like that, but there is a basketball court, but you have to have a ball, on the beach there is a volleyball net, There is also a swimming pool in the hotel. We stayed with out three-year-old son. It's perfect for family holiday. There's a pool. Beach is close to the hotel, so you don't have to pay for sunbeds on the beach, you can use sunbeds by the pool. The food which was served for breakfast and dinner was very good. It's a three-star hotel, but I think it deserves more than three stars.

Great location, clean room, the breakfast buffet options were great as well. We enjoyed staying at the Cosmopolitan hotel and definitely recommend it. We generally did not like the beach options nearby, but that has nothing to do with the hotel. Beaches nearby were dirty and the beach bar music was very loud everywhere.

We stayed here for 1 night. The room was more like a hostel than a hotel. Don't expect any miracles. It doesn't look like the pictures at all. Average. Old furniture and bathroom, nothing special. Few lights. There was no kettle, tea, coffee or water. Hard mattress and pillows. For me, price in the city center equals comfort. 50 euros. 31.7. But the breakfast was great.
