A huge thanks to Spyros, Nicos, Maria and all the staff working there for their kindness and attentiveness. Super room with panoramic views. We had room 318. We used the lift as well as the stairs. Aphrodite’s Greka Ionian Suites We had a lovely time at Greka Ionian Suites. Aphrodite couldn’t have been more helpful and gave us loads of information about best beaches, restaurants etc. Our apartment was comfortable, very well designed, with lots of storage space and a balcony overlooking the sea. We booked the Athina Hotel through Jet2 as part of a large group trip to Kefalonia, after it came highly recommended by friends who have stayed there many times. Just returned from a fabulous two week holiday at the Athina hotel. The welcome upon arrival was friendly and efficient. The hotel boasts the most friendly and enjoyable atmosphere hosted by Makis and his team who are all friendly and attentive from the cleaning ladies, breakfast lady and reception. Nice hotel near the beach. Makis is a character to know, if you need something or know someone... he is there! If he bought some treats and you meet him... he will share without hesitation. In short, the Athina hotel should be called Makis and Sakis Hotel. His son is there too. Recommended.

Very nice apartments on the hill, a 10-minute drive from Argostoli, run by a very kind and helpful lady. She provided us with an umbrella and rackets. On the third day, she changed the sheets and cleaned the room. If you have a car, this place is a good place to get around. It's about a 35-minute drive from the best beaches. We had one of the best stays at the Melmar View Hotel. Dynos was very helpful and gave us some good tips on sightseeing. The rooms were comfortable and spacious and the breakfast was also a good spread. The best part was the view of the Ionian Sea from the bar and pool area was just superb. In the heart of the square- conveniently located to walk to restaurants, shops, harbor and a small beach- this small - but larger than most in the area - hotel offered European flair. Just back from a wonderful week in Fiscardo, Kefalonia. We stayed at the Balhambra Suites, a small adult only block located at the heart of this beautiful resort. You really could not hope for a better location. The apartment was lovely, very clean, and serviced daily. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Would not hesitate to recommend, and would definitely stay again.

When I first stayed at Fiscardonna, I remember the kindness of getting a few bottles of water and even one of the local wines. This time I didn’t get anything but the room is still absolutely gorgeous.

Charming Fiscardo Boutique Hotel Location is amazing. Room was super clean, nice bed and sheets and very spacious room. Location in the middle of town was quiet and peaceful. Hotel Service was great. Hara was great. There is no outdoor sitting area for hotel guests except roof which was not comfortable. But the town is right below with wonderful places to sit by the port and relax.

The lady at the reception was very helpful with whatever we needed. The only negative was when we first arrived we had to bring our luggage down a flight of stairs. The hotel was well positioned to enjoy the many restaurants at night and take a walk along the water.

Hotel room was lovely and clean and service. Overall good ! If only pick at the safety of our room for children in the mezzanine room. The stairs had rope as decoration but not secure enough to use as a handrail and upstairs where the children’s room the window didn’t lock !! We have stayed in the hotel before so had no difficulty in choosing to go again. In fact we had the same room overlooking the cruise pier and harbour. Good, spotless room with lovely balcony. Breakfast is downstairs - good variety of hot and cold food and pastries. We ate in a courtyard but you could have taken your breakfast upstairs to watch the scene.

Oskars was wonderful. Beautiful place, views, pool, and great food. Convenient to everything we wanted to do. Our only complaints were the towels were air dried outside, so a little rough, and the shower was a bit small with a curtain that wanted to blow inwards! Otherwise, we highly recommend Oskars. Nice, clean, friendly staff. My wife and I liked the hotel and location. My major complaint would be that each room is allowed only “one” key to ensure that you don’t run AC when out of the room. You have to insert the key in a control device when you enter to allow AC, lights, and TV to operate. We usually stay at the Grand Hotel which is just a few doors down the waterfront, but decided to try the Argostoli Mare Suite instead. Excellent location, Fabulous facilities. Superb staff. What a real jewel in Agostlini. Easy to get to harbour and see turtles 8-10am daily by fishing boats. Great central location. Great stay for my son and I. We were staying for a volunteering holiday and was a great location to get around. We found the room a little dated, but it had everything we needed, cleaned beautifully every day, and we felt comfortable here. Breakfast is great, and we could keep our bikes in the courtyard which was very handy. Reception staff always helpful and accommodating.

This was our first visit to the Almyra Hotel. However, so many of the other guests are regular returning customers and I can totally understand why . Whilst the hotel is immaculate it is was the wonderful welcome and level of service that we received that was so special and somewhat unusual these days . We do hope that like so many others we to can return .

This hotel is wonderful, the staff make you feel so welcome. The rooms are very comfortable, each having a beautiful view of gardens or the sea. The breakfast was perfectly balanced, lunch was good too on the odd occasion we ate there. There’s no evening dinner option but there’s a taverna within walking distance nearby. Make sure you book early!

The hotel is super. We had a wonderful stay. We had a roof top executive suite and a double room with sea view. Both of which were great. The hotel has a perfect view. Breakfast was good for us. The communal areas were nice and comfortable. We didn’t use the pool much as we prefer the beach (Emblisi) but it was lovely. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back.

Almya Hotel is a lovely boutique hotel (25 rooms?) just outside of Fiskardo Village (about a 15 to 20 minute walk down the hill - a taxi (5 Euros) or hotel shuttle is recommended coming back). The hotel is situated a little outside of Fiscardo with fabulous views across the bay. It’s about a 20 minute walk down hill into town which is quite pleasant, however as there no pavement don’t really recommend doing this in the dark or in the heat of the day. This is an amazing family run hotel and quirky. The rooms are small, very dated in their design and dark but always perfectly clean. We would go back at the drop of a hat but see if we can get a modern room

Loved the hotel, and one of the nicest pools I’ve seen. Excellent facilities around the pool for relaxing and drinking. We had a wonderful time at the hotel. We just off a 10 day cruise and we needed a place to unwind and relax. Great room and property, the food was excellent! I highly recommend this hotel.

A really really good hotel with great facilities. The pools, the restaurant, the breakfasts, the nearby beaches, the quality of the beds, the helpful annd friendly staff, etc. all very very good and a great place to relax.
