We were absolutely delighted with our stay at the Kefalonia Bay Hotel. They had a great system & even at the end of the season, there was so much attention to detail. Superb friendly hotel. As stated in other reviews the views are stunning. Rooms are clean and typical of European hotels. The breakfasts are good with a fair selection of choice. Staff couldn't be more helpful and work hard to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. There are lift's to the different floors within the complex, so climbing stairs can be kept to a minimal. I was sad to see bad reviews...

Charming and beautiful little hotel. The location is perfect with views over the bay and only a short stroll to the village with lovely tavernas and a few shops. Hotel is situated in a fantastic spot advice end of a quiet road with a short walk in to a host of lovely restaurants - the views from the villas are out of this world. The accommodation is clean and fresh, but somewhat old fashioned furniture and bathrooms - definitely doesn’t detract from all the lushness though! We loved our stay! The views were spectacular from our room on the fourth floor. Be aware that the hotel is located on a hill, there is an elevator, but it does not go down to the pool level and there are two more flights of stairs to get down. Staff were friendly, room was basic but clean and tidy with everything else being on point for its price. Location ideal for walking into the town. There was a small bar in the lobby for nightcaps.
