Oskars Studios & Apartments in Argostoli

Wonderful family, Oskar and his wife and their three sons. Hardworking, caring, and honest. The food was very tasty. Lovely loft room - clean and well equipped. Maria kept it neat and tidy and well presented every day - thank you. We have loved our time in Kefalonia. Would recommend hiring a car to visit places such as Assos, Fiskardo and Sami plus the beautiful beaches along the way. Try and see the turtles too in Argostoli harbour near the fishing boats.

Oskars was wonderful. Beautiful place, views, pool, and great food. Convenient to everything we wanted to do. Our only complaints were the towels were air dried outside, so a little rough, and the shower was a bit small with a curtain that wanted to blow inwards! Otherwise, we highly recommend Oskars. The staff was friendly, helpful, and spoke great English.

Lovely family run hotel, really friendly people running the place, delish cocktails and food. You get the sun all day when day by the pool and can even stay for a beautiful sunset with accompanying cocktails. Location is perfect with access to Lassi, Argostoli and some beautiful local beaches. We found a tiny beach that almost felt private just a short walk away. And to top it off, great value for money. I’d recommend for families with children or couples / single people as it has something for everyone. And, ask about their tortoises!

What a great place to stay . First of all the family that run the complex , 3 brothers and their mum are super friendly and very welcoming, nothing too much trouble . Nice accommodation with a sea facing balcony , there are facilities for cooking in your room if you wish but the food at Oscars is very good and reasonable so we didn’t bother . it’s very well placed for Argostoli or Lassi the later is a 15 minute walk . The lovely kalamina beach is a short walk , beautiful clear water great for snorkeling , nice beach bar , loungers €15 for a pair with umbrella . We would certainly go back .

Everything you could need and lovely staff. The rooms are cleaned everyday and great pool !

A lovely great value stay. Friendly atmosphere. Pool was clean and quiet. Lassi is a 15/20 min walk or 8 euros in a taxi. Some lovely little coves nearby which you can visit or the nearest big beach is a 15 min walk. The facilities are basic but clean

Poly Efharisto to Costa, Yannis and Makis for a lovely week at Oskars. Very clean, good food, very cold beer and plenty of sun beds around the pool. Great to chat with the brothers over a coffee about all things Greek. The short cut to Argostoli takes 15 minutes walk and an 8 euro taxi home what’s not to like! 2 beaches with in walking distance and great value restaurants. We really enjoyed our recent stay at Oskars. Our room was small, and the bathroom microscopic, but everywhere was really clean and we had everything we needed. Could probably have done with a bit more storage space, one of the cupboards was so high we couldn’t reach it so we had to leave quite a lot of our things in the suitcase, and a few extra hangers in the wardrobe would be useful. Our package included breakfast, the breakfast was adequate but not very exciting, the same every day. Greek yoghurt and honey with muesli, a hard boiled egg, piece of cake, slice of cheese and meat, and two slices of white sliced bread. Some fruit would have been nice, and fresh bread from a local bakery. I think if we go again, which we very likely will, we will make our own breakfast in our room. We did not eat in the restaurant at night because we found the prices to be rather expensive, we found a couple of places nearby which were a lot cheaper. The location is great, on the pretty Coast Road between Lassi and Argostoli, but be warned the parking in Argostoli is an absolute nightmare. We went in several times, and each time had to drive around and round to try and find somewhere to park. All in all, we had a lovely time, thank you Oskars.

Great place to stay, 10 min car trip from the airport, 10/15 min walk into Lassi so situated in a quiet & very peaceful area,great for a decent nights sleep. The family(mainly the 3 brothers) who run Oskars are very welcoming,great to chat to & are always keen to answer any questions. The rooms are quite basic but are immaculate,cleaned every day & have a safe,fridge & air con included.It has a lovely pool area with ample sunbeds & a great view. We hired a car so Oskars is an absolutely ideal base to explore this marvellous Greek island from.We found the short cut into Argostoli over the hill right next to Oskars,quite steep but definitely time saving.We plan to be back next year.

We stated in the loft apartments, and our overall experience at oskars was incredible. We were blown away, and the guys were so useful, helpful, and so caring. While we were here, unfortunately one of us had medical issues and had to go to the hospital. They helped by calling us a taxi, and even speaking to the ambulance services. They also suggested what we should and shouldn’t eat, due to the condition. We were so pleased. so understanding. The hygiene of the rooms were amazing, and we felt so welcomed, we were even let into our room as soon as we arrived! the restaurant was brilliant, and easy to make alterations. I just wanted to say a huge thank you for taking care of us. 10/10 really recommend this place! All facilities were superb. Thank you guys! 💕
