It's very central very clean breakfast very minimal. Evening meal same but definitely need covers on food.Also mirco wave as food is too cold for me.

We stayed at this hotel for a week and we loved it:) The food was really great and always fresh. We also can't say a bad word about custome service, as we felt very welcomed:) There's also a bus stop near the entrance to the hotel, so it was very convenient (we travelled a lot by bus).

Everything was ok, just the hotel had strange policy to pay for drinks (even water) even if you have breakfast and dinner included. So we experienced rude and impolite behaviour from one of the waiters who told us not to bring our own bottle of water in the restaurant.

A lovely, small hotel run by a friendly family who went out of their way to accommodate. Breakfast was a good selection and topped up regularly. This is a simple but friendly hotel with rooms clustered around a compact swimming pool. We were there for one night and had a buffet dinner and breakfast. The rooms were spacious and clean and you may even get a balcony. Fine for a night or two.

The rooms need modernisation , the interior must be at least 25 years old. But for the price we paid you cannot expect the Hilton hotel. This is an excellent location with great staff. The hotel is fantastic but the rooms are a bit tired and in need of upgrade. Also no kettle in rooms so had to keep asking for boiling water to make tea which felt hazardous walking up and down to the room carrying it.

I can only say positive things, everything is clean and functional, the ambiance is wonderful and very pleasant, as is the owner who helped us with everything we needed and it is very important to him that everyone feels comfortable here.

We have not spent too much time in the apartment but it had everything we needed. We really enjoy our evenings at the pool. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned every day, fresh towels were delivered. I would highly recommend it for the price you pay!

We stayed here for one week in September & had a really lovely holiday. We had a studio apartment right by the pool which was traditional but spacious & clean. The pool area is lovely with comfy loungers & never any trouble getting a sun bed (although probably busier in peak season). Perfect week at Mathraki, really enjoyed the swimming pool and fabulous sunbeds - amazing! The family look after everyone so well and the food is very much enjoyed . Gouvia main strip resort is a few minutes walk down across main road and we really liked that as you are away from traffic and noise! We will definitely return to Mathraki 😊

Very friendly family run apartments . Everywhere spotlessly clean . We only had breakfast at the resort on one occasion as ‘smoking-allowed’ everywhere , spoilt that part of it for us… this also was the case with sitting around the pool and on our balcony . We would have eaten at the hotel more and joined in with the ‘Greek night’ if not so Smokey. We probably should have gone to a non/ restricted...

Sofia, George & Michalis family run apartments are not to be missed. We had a top floor apartment, large balcony, well kept spacious room with kitchen and large fridge. WiFi was a little weak in the room but great by the pool and restaurant areas Room cleaned every day to great standard Hotel staff friendly and really attentive Everywhere was well kept and spotless. Great place! The staff is really sweet and attentive. The breakfast was good. It’s a very chill little hotel. If you walk down the road there are restaurants and some beaches. The only bummer I found is that they don’t serve dinner at the restaurant.
