A nice little hotel, located somewhat out of the way. We stayed there for one night. The reception was very friendly, and we were even able to check in well before the scheduled time. Very well located, charming and old school hotel with lovely owners. The comments about the building needing upkeep are unfortunately very much on point, especially the bathrooms need work. After disembarking from our sailboat, it was so wonderful that they were able to have our room ready for us early, and for them to have brought our luggage up while we visited the Archaeological Museum! We also enjoyed our dinner at their rooftop restaurant!

There were four of us, and we received a warm welcome. Our suitcases were taken immediately, but one drawback was that they weren't brought to our room because they were stored in a closet. Otherwise, the food was adequate and OK considering the circumstances.

We had a very relaxing holiday, the staff was always on hand in the day and helpful if we needed anything. The beach, bars and restaurants all with in 1 minute walk and the main town was about 4 minutes walk. We hired a car and found it very easy to get around the Island.

This hotel is a typical greek apartment with a fabulous pool and gardens. The rooms are great basically everything you need for a relaxing holiday. And very polite friendly staff. I had a wonderful stay in Acharavi Garden. The resort has a lovely garden, and rooms are very comfortable. The beach virtually on your door step, and there are some great taverns and restaurants to eat in by the beach. Acharavi Garden is run by a young couple and they offer a good breakfast.

Between the pizzeria and the pharmacy behind an iron gate is a simple hotel that offers very clean basic rooms, a refrigerator and air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The people are kind, Costa and his wife are very kind and generous. The location is excellent, surrounded by excellent restaurants and nautical activities, sailing, etc.

This is a basic 3 star accommodation in the centre of a slightly run down Gouvia which has been built on a postage stamp. Fab location, great price & amazing manager. We arrived late at night so had to sit outside (our fault). The lovely manager saw us let us have a temporary room at 6 a.m. great location on the beach albeit the beach isn’t nice. Location is great less than 5 min walk to main areas. Rooms have 3 full size beds not a sofa bed. Pool area really chilled. Thank you.

Very well located. Few minutes walk from the beach and Kavos centre. Quiet area. Has a communal pool. Parking available but ideally to book from beforehand. Very welcoming host and helpful. Had the best 5 days at Utopia Kavos. The location, apartment, pool, view just everything was exactly what me and my friends look for on our yearly get away. We ate at the pool bar a few times and can honestly say the food there was better than some of the restaurants we visited. My stay was unreal here at Utopia, I was there for a week and I had the best time. The staff and cleaners alike were friendly and attentive. The Hotel itself was perfect, on the beach front, excellent pool and very clean. Cute cats dotted around aswell made it the perfect place to stay in Kavos.
